Everything under the sun
I would not recommend this service to anyone I know. I am going to tell everyone about the horrible service I received. I've waited it 2 months for a receipt and continue to get the runaround. What's worse a week after he did the work the a/c went out again. It's been 2 months since and he has not come by to see what is going on or reimburse me since he obviously can't do the job. What suck about the receipt is that I need proof that I paid him, to get reimbursed for my rent. So if you want unprofessional service, a liar, someone that does not stand by their word or work. This is your guy. I hope you have a lot of money to waste, and still have the original problems. I promise the $355 he swindled out of me is going to cost him more in the long run. as I am going to tell everyone I can and use social media to let people know what kind of business he is running. Hard working familes should not use their hard earned money, or put their trust in someone as shady as this guy.

Ivan's Pressure Washing
**Quoted From Original Website** "Ivan did a great job pressure washing our driveway, front porch area, even our rocking chairs in the front and back. Our back deck looks fabulous and he even pressure washed the side of the house and our playground. He worked thoroughly, even in the cold and wet, and came back the next day to complete the job. He has a lot of integrity. I highly recommend his services. I believe his pricing is very competitive and fair. We are thankful our paths crossed. We bless his business. Thank you, Ivan."-Kristy WSatisfied Customer

On average, it costs $25-$50 per square foot for basement refinishing. Those numbers can climb as high as $100 per square foot depending on materials and labor. On average, most basement refinishing costs around $30,000. Before getting estimates, it’s a good idea to know your square footage and work out a per-square-foot budget so you know what you can afford.
The National Air Duct Cleaners Association recommends having your ducts cleaned every three to five years. While there are variables for all homes, such as number of residents, air quality and pets, every two years is considered adequate maintenance of your ducts.
