Went in to look at the Nissan vehicles. Pretty much had made up my mind on a Ford Flex or Toyota. Branden was my salesman and he took his time to go over each vehicle I might have an interest in. Last vehicle I looked at was the 2012 Quest. I actually like it but thought I would never get a good price on both vehicles I was trading in. For some reason, over the last 12 years I have never bought a vehicle in Tallahassee. The deals were always better out of state. Anyway, Kraft gave me a great price on the new vehicle and $3,000 more than any other dealer on the trade-ins I had. I really wanted the Flex but the additional money for the Flex wasn't worth it. I took the Quest and I absolutely love this vehicle. I have owned 6 different Nissans in the past and if this vehicle is as reliable as the other ones I have owned, I will be totally satisfied.My only question is their service department.At this point I am just not sure about it. Already had one problem with the installation of an option. I ended up speaking to Chris Kraft and bingo the problem was resolved. He also gave me a free loaner while they fixed the vehicle. I just hate going into talk to Mr. Kraft over every little problem.So far I am very happy with the dealership and Brendan the salesman and I would buy another Nissan from Kraft.
Absolutely terrific, Michael and his staff are in the business of taking care of their customers. I was terrified of buying a used car due to the horror stories many of us hear (or have personally faced). As soon as you walk into the door you can tell Michael’s Imports is different than the rest. When I walked in I said I was interested in a vehicle and Todd (awesome guy) simply handed me the keys and said, “Here you go, take it for a drive and let me know if you’re interested.” Absolutely no pressure at all there. When I did buy the car, I had some mechanical issues arise that they likely wouldn’t have been able to discover before selling me the car. When I called and spoke to Michael, he immediately sent me to a mechanic and took care of all my issues at no cost to me. Under contract he did not have to do that and could have simply told me it wasn’t his problem, but he is clearly in the business of taking care of his customers and doing the right thing. Bottom line, if you’re going to buy a used car, you shouldn’t look anywhere else. You’ll be treated like a human being and valued customer at Michael’s Imports.
I have been waiting for about 7 years to buy a car. Over the years I have encountered very rude sales man especially with questions that I had.my mother in law recently bought a jeep from then and informed me if her experience so I filled out the contact form online an received a call with in and 1hr and made my appointment. But my 1stAt ultimate image auto and treatted me With respect And didn't try to force any kinda of a car down my throat. I come in knowing what type of vehicle I was interested in. Angelo Mickens show me different types ( due to a change in heart of my part.) was very polite, patient, respectful. Chris who is the manager was also polite and very informative. He also treated me with respect and didn't try to sell me anything that was not needed. Any who I highly recommend this auto dealer. At other car dealer ships I was treat horribly especially if my husband wasn't with me. MY CAR BUYING EXPERIENCED WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND. THANK YOU ULTIMATE IMAGE AUTO.
This was by far one of the friendliest, cleanliness, nicest RV stay over that we have had! Highly maintained with care for RVer's! We came in a 25ft.travel trailor.The camp park had complete full hook ups which is a bonus for us.24 hr.laundry room(1.50 wash-1.00-dry).Swimming Pool,shower rooms,bathrooms,Even an outside newspaper stand!They also had a on camp restaurant which I was unable to go due to being here only one night.I would put this one on top of your list!Would I come back....Yes!Oh...WiFi is fast as I was able to Google my maps for next place of destination. Only downfall....I wish they had another shower room on the end side.Still.....this place is quiet and worth the 41.00(we were allowed the 6.00 off due to my Husband being a vet.Stay here....you'll be glad you did.
Today I bought a gorgeous, immaculate Chevy Silverado from David at Used Car Supermarket. I consider myself to be a savvy consumer. I had driven several trucks from several places to be sure I got the most truck my money could buy and almost made a terrible mistake and bought from another dealer. Thank goodness that at the last minute David explained to me that the other truck had after market rims and because of the lower profile I would not be suitable to towing the travel trailer I am going to get.The other dealer denied this so I confirmed what he told me with the local Goodyear dealer. Had it not have been for David's extraordinary product knowledge I would be in an awful mess THANK YOU DAVID GREAT WORK!

I felt welcomed, I was treated like Royalty, I was given the space to choose a beautiful car-low miles in mint condition for $6,000 like new to me with payments easily affordable-peace of mind. They told me when a customer purchases a car from them, they become part of the family. The customer then is able to bring the car back to the Used Car Supermarket mechanic/garage for maintenance, etc. The cars even come with a warranty. They do not have balloons, fanfare, come-ons etc.They even loaned me a car to drive across town to go to the credit unionand pick up my son from school. These people are just really nice to work with,.
I went to kraft nissan not with the intenetion of purchasing a vehicle that day .i really was just looking at the rogue. I new I wanted either the rogue or the honda crv but as this was my first trip to the nissan store i just wanted some info so I could compare the two.Thats when i met one of the best salesman I have ever came across ,his name is Harry Lee.Harry was not pushy and he showed a genuine interest in helping me. The staff at Kraft also showed a willingness to wowrk with me on price something that the folk opver at honda were not willing to do for me.Thanks Harry.

I have bought a couple of cars from these guys in the past while, and have been totally happy with their service. The communication has been thorough and honest, and I really can't see myself going elsewhere... EVER!! They went over every piece of paperwork I received, and made sure I understood what I was signing, which was a really big deal to me. Great job, guys- my family and friends will certainly be going to you, too! These guys are the real deal- I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I owned a 2005 G35 coupe and had all of my warranty work done at this dealership. The service department was the reason I decided to give Napleton Infiniti of Tallahassee my business for my next car. Shea Bryson is an excellent salesperson and sold me a 2012 G37 coupe. It was an excellent buying experience. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future and would recommend ANYONE looking to buy a vehicle to buy from them. Out of 10, I give this dealership a 15.
