Ok so first off I just bought a car from this dealership. Wasn't what I originally planned on getting but that's how it goes for most of us. Anyways, I find this place to be very unprofessional. Well mainly one of their salesmen named Ernest. He is very unprofessional and should not be representing any company until he learns some skills. He was rude, unfocused on the task at hand, and was even playing on the computer. Beat boxing and cussing for no reason, he's just a clown all around. He made my experience suck but the other salesman, JD was very friendly and enjoyable to be around. I bought a car from them cause It was really my last resort and if I had more money or something I would defiantly go to a diffrent dealership. Last, when I did receive my car it was filthy!! It stunk and had dog hair all in it. I've NEVER in my life received a car from a dealership dirty!! EVER!! Now after paying an arm, leg, and a foot for this car I gotta go pay to get it professionally cleaned out even after Ernest said he would make sure the car was cleaned when I picked it up. LIAR! And not a drop of gas. Most dealerships put at the least half a tank in it for u. This was by far one if the worst dealerships I've ever been to and hope u think twice before visiting. And watch out for Ernest cause if u don't agree with him he gets mad and tries to talk mess to u yet still wants ur business. What kind of sense does that make??!
Professionalism rated low by me because I don't believe in that term, They are human too, they too get forgetful. But only about Licence dates. But if stayed in touch with they are above average to get customers' needs in order. We buy from them A LOT, at great whole sale cash out offers. Glad to give them their profit, because they find the "good finds" go get them, saves me time and money, and are sold in a more than expect able price bracket. They're honest, will tell a customer how much money they have into it, and how much profit they need to get. Tell them what exact vehicle you want and how much you'll spend, and they'll go get it for you. That's great customer relationships. They'll remember what they sold you and what you pulled up in. If you're an unhappy customer, you're merely unhappy with your decision to purchase. Good job over all. Thanks.
We saw an ad online. We went to check it out..SHOCKED !!! Excellent service from the start. Mike greeted us in a professional manner. Showed us whatever car we thought looked good. Asked for his opinion several times and I felt he was being honest. We test drove a car and they didn't rush us. No pressure, no bs, no hurry up ! We ended up telling them our concerns and we came to a speedy resolution. Bought the car and I feel absolutely satisfied that they were honest. That's saying a lot for a used car dealership. Then for the paperwork portion we met "Bob" what a nice man. He explained everything in a professional manner, took his time, answered all of our questions. I don't think people are talking about the people I worked with ? I will be back again and will happily recommend anyone I know looking for honest, personable and professional dealership.
I bought a 01 Beetle from here about three weeks ago. When we test drove it, we noticed the passenger seat release wasn't working so of course that gotten written into the contract to be fixed. So we set up an appointment for the following Thurs. Well, Wed night, my bug decided it didn't want to start at first. So when I show up on Thurs, I tell Micheal (the owner/manager) and without hesitation, he says we'll take care it. Being that I bought a used car with no warranty, this could have turned out very differently. This a small lot and and everyone has been super friendly. I have had other experiences with a huge lot (also in Tacoma), where the exact opposite happened. I applaud Micheal and everyone on the lot, way to care of your customers!!! I will send everyone I know there from now on.
I shopped for a Subaru Forester for about 1year+. So I know a little about what I am looking for. I was searching on AutoTrader and found an ad for the LL Bean Edition 2007 for a fair price. I called 650pm Sat nite and spoke with Bob and made an appointment for Sunday. Very nice people, knowledgeable in cars, and getting us less than perfect behind the wheel. I was pleasantly surprised indeed. When I saw the car in person it was even better than the ad, had some interesting extras, and Bob was fun to deal with. No pressure, complete professionalism throughout the entire sales experience. Buying a car is up there with a home, or marriage. I am glad I found Auto Outlet of Tacoma
