I drive by the store every day and the window displays catch my eye every time! I love seeing her creative vision with the very cool antiques she has.

I am a new resident to the abbey lane apartment complex. The leasing manager at this complex is unprofessional to her customers. myself as well as bystanders have heard her unprofessional ways of speaking to residents. Her lack of customer service makes it so I would never recommended the community to others. I gave it two stars because the grounds are well maintained, the apartment it self is nice for what you pay and its a great location. In my 11 years of rental history, I have never come across such poor customer service or stated that I wouldnt recommended the community. if this could change, then 5 stars all around. I have 11 more months on my lease and I am hoping for a better experience in case I want to extend at the end.

We liked many things about living here. The on-site staff are wonderful. The apartment itself was generally quite nice. We like the location.A few things to be aware of:-Living next to the playground is terribly loud until close to 9:30PM during the Summer. Unattended children constantly yell and scream (literally), destroy the landscaping, and have broken our property that was on our patio. They are playing and screaming just a few feet from our dinner table.-The parking spots are small and both of our cars have been hit by multiple doors on both sides (never with a note). We have several scratches and dents after only 3 months here.-The gym/clubhouse has been closed for months (which we were not told when we signed our lease and have not been compensated for in anyway).-Repairs were poorly done before our move in and problems were masked over. Our family of 5 has been using a single shower for close to three weeks.-While the on-site staff is very kind and helpful, the Property Manager has been very frustrating to work with and not at all helpful. -You have to pay an extra fee for garbage valet (which sounds nice, except the flies can be atrocious outside your door).-Cell Service (at least with Verizon) is non-existent in our first floor apartment.

This place is horrible. Look at their Better Business Beaureu reviews. All of the issues they've had have been unresolved. The Washington tenants union also reccomends you don't live here. They have a great pet policy and that's about it. Don't even get me started on the office personnel especially the blonde chick that works at the desk on the left in the first office to the right. She's incompetent, rude, and I think she might actually be stupid. She won't answer your questions and she will tell you that they never received your mail, which is by the way illegal. Maintenance doens t know how to fix anything and guess what your vehicle will get broken into because of poor lighting and they stopped paying to have a security guard. But they will spend money to landscape and paint all of the buildings which really isn't even needed. Why do I care about having rocks and a waterfall? I don't. Your safety isn't priority them making a quick buck is. You will see replies from the owner but they won't actually fix anything, the owner is just as incompetent as the staff they employ. By the way most of the positive reviews you'll see is bybthenstaff trying to make it look like its all rainbows and unicorns. You can't turn shit into sugar.

Abbey Lane Apartments
Horrible place to live. I would not recommend this place to anybody. The management was horrible. Liya was a monster when I lived here. Second hand smoke all the time and dangerous parking lot. Paper thin walls and mold in the apartments. I am glad to not have my family living there anymore. Christine in the office was a nice lady and was very good at dealing with our issues. Liya would just complicate things and make them more difficult.

According to a neighbor, our door had been kicked in previously. There was a crack along the length of the door on the side, rendering the deadbolt useless. Both of our cars were hit and run victims. The police said to check the complex's camera footage that shows the cars that enter and exit the apartments. We asked the office to view the footage to try to ID the cars that had damage and paint that matched what had been left on our cars. They said no. They said they would review it. We kept checking in but were told each time there was nothing. Towards the tail-end of our lease, I started becoming nauseous every day every couple of hours and it was keeping me from eating regularly. We called the health inspector and described the situation to her. After months and months of feeling sick, tired, and dizzy, we discovered that we had black mold in our bathroom ceiling fan.You can't leave your windows open to cool your apartment unless you want it to smell like cigarettes every evening.

Boulders At Puget Sound
These people are money hungry. Don't rent from them. We moved out at the end of the month and now they are sting we owe for the following month. We called the same day of move out for a walk through and the lady we spoke to stated she would call us to set up an appointment, she never did so we contacted boulders and had the walk through, now we get a letter in the mail stating we owe 1500.00 for rent how is that possible when we were out before the next month started. Be careful of the Boulders they are in litigation already for monies which has been on the news don't be next.

Just a moment...
