NE Autotek, Inc.
Jacob and the guys up at NE Autotek have been taken care of me for over 10 years. In an industry of "up selling" needless upgrades or preemptive "fixes" to "ensure your vehicle is in tip top shape", Jacob and NE Autotek have been a mainstay in the Suwannee area. There is a reason he has been in business for so long, his crew's customer-centric culture is evident when you pull in. They understand that it is never a great situation when your car breaks down, it impacts your livelihood, your ability to take your kids to school, or parents to the Dr.'s appointments. They treat you with compassion and understanding. My car broke down late last night, I called the shop to leave a message and wasn't expecting Jacob to answer the phone. He gave me the Tower's info and said they would bill the shop and I could settle with him in the morning. He put my mind at ease and it was greatly appreciated. If you are looking for a family run business (they are the epitome of Mom and Pop Shop), with customer service as a mainstay in their culture and business model, go to NE Autotek. In an industry that is marred by shady business practices, NE Autotek has thrived due to their welcoming atmosphere, honest consultation, and customer focus.- 10 year customer

Diaz Automotive
Overall have had a great experience with Diaz Automotive every time I or a friend have used them. I feel confident taking my car in because I know Miguel and his employees do great work and they don't try to repair things that don't need repair or service just to make an extra buck. Miguel is a stand up kind of guy and he's willing to do the small things most other mechanics will not do and it makes all the difference. At the end of the day, I know these guys WANT to HELP their customers and nothing more. In a nutshell, these guys show time and time again that they are trustworthy, fair, friendly, punctual, and do quality work. Even if they are a little out of the way, these guys are the mechanics for you.

If you are tired of running around town and mechanics telling you they cant do the type of work that you need done to your car because they dont have the correct equipment then i recommend you go straight to NeAutotek every employee at this place is ASE Certified and knows exactly what they are doing ! The prices are in the upper middle range but i am a firm believer that you get what you pay for . They have a 12 month warranty on any of their work and always use Manufacturer specific parts so you can bet that the work on your car will always be professionally done !

J & L Automotive Repairs & Svc
I am very happy to find an automotive repair shop that is both honest and prompt. I use my car for work and need it most every evening. I was stranded in Buford with a broken axle. Had it towed to John's shop. He was very honest and reasonable. He had me back on the road for work the next evening. I am happy to find a new mechanic. I have a list of maintenance items that I am taking to him the next day I have off.

Diaz Automotive
One of my car is Honda Civic 2006 and is driven Appx 100K miles. I moved to Alpharetta in 2014 and was in search of Automotive shop to maintain it. Everyone in my office recommended Diaz Auto. I met Miguel and found him very honest and reasonably priced. He always provides fair quote ( (before actual repair) and proactive maintenance suggestions. With his help, I look forward to keep my Civic for another 100K miles.

Diaz Automotive
I got both my Honda Pilot and Accord serviced by Diaz automotive and am clearly very happy with the work done. Miguel is one of the best Auto technicians I have come across. Whatever work needs to be done he explains it very nicely and professionally. I will definitely recommend Diaz automotive to anyone who is looking for a reasonable and reliable auto mechanic.

AAA Johns Creek Car Care Plus
I have used these folks since just after they opened and after about six visits so far, have found them thorough, reasonably priced and friendly. I have used them for routine maintenance on my SUV but I have not had to bring the car in for any extremely complex diagnostics fortunately.

We had a very productive meeting with Ms. Patel, one of the travel planners. She was provided a lot of good ideas, along with maps and AAA Travel information books about the area we plan to visit. Very satisfied!!

Great service at fair prices. I feel they are sincere about me and my car's needs. I've been visiting them for over two years and consider them very trustworthy and professional.
Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
