8 Days ago the sprinkler system burst in our apartment. There was over 300 gallons of water in our apartment within 10 minutes. We immediately let the office know and no one even showed up to turn the water off for 45 minutes. That evening they had people in our apartment moving all of our stuff into corners, the kitchen, and bathroom to rip up the padding and then rolled up the carpet and left it. We checked back in at the apartment a few days later to see if there was any progress. THE SAME MOLDING carpet has been unrolled onto the cement floor. The expect us to blast our heat to air dry the carpet to try and salvage it while we are living in a hotel. The ceilings and drywall have not been repaired to this day, no padding or carpet in our apartment and Mold is growing everywhere. .They have done nothing to accommodate us, they haven't even called to update us on what is being done, or lack thereof. We have spent over $1,000 in the past week in hotels, food, and clothing. We are now out of funds to pay for a hotel while we wait until god knows when for the repairs to be done. We paid our rent, and now we have no home. When I went to the leasing office this past weekend to try and figure out when everything would be back to normal they threatened to call the police and told me not to return to the office. Worst Customer Service EVER. Don't let them sucker you into moving here, you'll regret it.

Twice recently, it is a struggle retrieving delivered UPS, USPS & Fedex packages from office. They claim no liability. Left high & dry; no recourse. This has happened several times. The two that I recently have been unable to collect both had tracking numbers and one was even signed for by "Anita" in the leasing office. I am led to believe theft is happening by staff in the leasing office because it does not add up. I tracked both packages back to the senders and they were both delivered. What is more there are two entries in the "package log book" at the leasing office with my apartment number that are unsigned for ... because the packages have not been picked up by me, because they are "not there." Answers I got from AMLI staff do not add up. They claim to have returned unclaimed packages to senders but have no record of the returns. Another story is that the mail carrier, of their own accord, clears unclaimed every two weeks. It just does not add up. Which is it?
