Located in a small strip mall don't let this put you off. The exterior hides a nice place to eat.\r \r Our party arrived about 7:30PM on a Sunday evening. We were seated promptly.\r \r The interior is clean and bright. The decorating style fits nicely without being overbearing.\r \r After seating wait staff arrived at the table to take our order. Since the other two in our party had not eaten Persian before I asked for a few extra minutes to make up our mind. The waitress reappeared at the right time.\r \r Chelokababi has daily menu specials. If you have a favorite call ahead to make sure yours choice is available. The menu is filled with traditional Persian with a choice for just about any diet. Vegetarians can eat here too with pleasure!\r \r The waitress came back promptly with drinks and appetizer. If we had needed help with staff was at the ready with a suggestive eye twinkle.\r \r To keep the order selective the staff suggested share a variety plate for the meat. This was a good idea and allowed all to enjoy a variety of flavors.\r \r We ordered Koobideh, Bareh, and Joojeh. All were perfectly grilled, tasty and delicious with the right texture! The basmati was also perfect being fluffy and jewel-like, aromatic and tender; just was the way basmati should be. The grilled tomatoes were excellent. \r \r During the meal wait staff appeared at the right times to clear dishes. \r \r After the main courses we opted for personal favorites of coffee, tea, and a small dessert. The tea was good (I wish they had some cardamom spiced tea). No cappuccino, but my sister enjoyed her coffee and commented that it was good. Her husband enjoyed his dessert as well.\r \r I?ve eaten at quite a few Persian restaurants, at Persian homes, and I pick up Persian at my house as one of my favorite cooking styles. Chelokababi received my praise as ?it is just like you would make at home for your guests. Chelokababi successfully introduced my sister and her husband to Persian Cuisine.\r

This food is something that you'll definitely tell other people about. The restaurant is Armenian with a Lebanese flare, and everything from the enormous feta cheese and greek olive salads, to the shish kebab, to the baklava for desert, is phenomenal. The restaurant is in the corner of a little shopping center right in the middle of Silicon Valley, and it's become a regular stop for most of the people working in the area. There's always a long line during their lunch rush. This is also a great dinner spot, although it's only open wed - friday for dinner. \r \r It's really a small friendly restaurant that's family owned and run. The owner still cooks in the kitchen and visits with most of the customers, and his wife works as a hostess and waitress on the floor. Definitely one of my favorite local eateries!
8.New Chef Lee Chinese Restaurant

The food did not taste freshly cooked, The chicken salad was bland. Overall the food was eatable, but not worth the prices they charge. I didn't feel that there was much value there and probably will not go back.

Had dinner there last night really enjoyed the grilled ribeye, it was wonderful, Denise the bartender makes a mean manhattan. Wine selection was great and reasonably price definitely will be going back. Highly recommend it for large groups.

Our Easter lunch at this location is very disappointed. In the past, we always order prime rib at night and we were very happy with the food. On April 12, 2009 Black Angus served us a stale medium prime rib at Easter lunch... We never tasted a dull looking, dried, no juice beef like this in the past. The beef top surface was dried and crusty, I could feel the tough crusty surface when I dragged my steak knife over the beef surface. Then I had to pour the beef au juice to soften it. Black Angus waiter placed two plates of prime rib in front of us, without cutting into the meat, my husband and I looked at each other and wonder why the waiter thought we could take his enthusiatic attitude as a compensation for bad meat. We believed this waiter knew it was bad meat too, but he served the food anyway. A lunch order costed about $25.00 for 8 oz of prime rib, each of us finnished half of our order. It is a terrible way of wasting our hard earned money for a lousy Easter lunch. We could not complain right there in front of the whole party of 5 peoples, so I write this review to warn others to avoid a certain food at lunch time. It is either the chef is sick or Black Angus does cost cutting by serving stale food/ left over food from previous night to lunchers.

My wife and I dine at Sneha twice a month when we crave Indian food. I think the buffet ids the best in the area based on price and variety of choices. Quality is not the best but well worth the visit. I've taken several friends there and all have left the place full and satisfied. Try it if you;re in the mood for good indian food.

I've been a fan of this place since the mid 70s. Back then it was under the name of Pontillos. I compare every pizza I try to date to this place and few have come close. I moved away from the bay area some years ago and had the opportunity to frequent it again recently and was pleased they kept the original recipes and ingrediants. Even the menu board looked the same. There is a reason they have been in business for so long. Love the stromboli, it's my favorite. Don't plan on eating in though as it's mostly takeout aside with a single row of bench seating.

We ordered lunch items to go from the regular menu and not the lunch specials. We were given uncooked lamb and combination fried rice dumped with only half cooked scrambled egg and really stale rice. We are regulars at Hangen for the past couple of years and looks like the food quality and quantity is gradualy deteriorating!

Great dim sum at a good price. It does get quite crowded and loud, but the food is worth it. They take credit cards, and the service is very good to boot. Make sure to request the dark chrysanthemum tea (pronounced 'cook bow'), different and good.

Pasta Pomodoro is a small but new Italian Restaurant in the Cherry Orchard shopping center, close to Starbucks and Borders. The food is very good, and the servers are friendly. The atmosphere is a little noisy and there are many families, but overall, I would highly recommend it.

My wife and I started going to Katana a couple of years ago when first exploring our local pool of restaurants after moving into the bay area. Always hungry for new adventures we've been to many other sushi joints since, but the quality of food, great portions and welcoming atmosphere put Katana head and shoulders above the rest. I am a huge fan and always leave the place satisfied. If you like spicy food, make sure you try the pepper bomb!

This place is great! The quality of food and service is wonderful. The food's fresh and portions are just right. I believe they specialize in their tempura -- I've never had it any better than at Seto's! Although prices might be a little on the high side, it's well worth it. (I think it's actually Japanese owned and run... so it's authentic!) I've always been pleased with each visit...
