Urgent Rooter
Thank you Urgent Rooter for getting the job done. I had a slow drain in my kitchen sink that started to back up. Scheduled an appointment with a different plumber for the next day, but the issue seemed to be worse. Browsed the internet found a $55.00 drain cleaning coupon and called the (800) number. Simon answered the phone he was very courteous and helpful. He called a technician and verified he could have a truck at my location in hour. Andres the technician called me and let me know he was on his way and he arrived sooner than quoted. He was very pleasant when he arrive and got right to it. He had all the necessary tools to clean the drain he rolled up and plugged in and began. Took him about 10-15 min to unblock the clog and he made sure the water was running through as it should I was very happy with the quick service.

AAG Plumbing Services
Called AAG plumbing and electrical on a saturday at 2:09pm, arrived at my residence about 3:30pm. Looked and analyzed the condos we stay in and gave us the scoop on what was to be repaired. The main shut off valve to the condo had to be replaced because the old one was a gate valve which didn't fully shut so they replaced that with a simple and easy to use ball valve. Then they analyzed the leaks that was running from the upstairs bathroom going down to the kitchen directly underneath and said it was going to be an easy fix to change the copper piping. The over work took about 2 hours to complete and gave us a quote of $825. Hutch was the person who first came to our residence. Very friendly and straight forward. I will be glad to do business with him again. :)Thank you Hutch for doing a great job.

La Hydrojet
I've been using them for over 16 years now for rooting services. The first time I used them in '99, they have only 2 vans and 2 technicians, 16 years later, they have 20+ trucks and technicians. They've been growing ever since while maintaining their exceptional service and professionalism. Top notch local business to deal with.

Tips & Advices
  • Are you licensed and registered?
  • Are you insured and bonded?
  • How many years have you been in business?
  • What, if any, professional associations do you belong to?
  • May I have a list of references?
  • Do you offer a written warranty for your work?
  • Will I need a permit for this work?
It is important to have a written warranty for any work or repairs done to the plumbing in your house, especially if it is a major repair. Look for a professional  who is willing to  stand by his or her work.
Before you hire a plumber, contact their past customers if you're able to. These people can be a wealth of information if you ask them the right questions. Pose the following queries to these former patrons when you get the chance:
  • Were you pleased with the work done?
  • Was the project completed on time?
  • Did the plumber give you a written warranty and guarantee his or her work?
  • Were there any unexpected costs that arose?
  • Would you hire this plumber again? If not, why?
A permit provides added assurance that the work is done correctly. Having this in place means an inspector will check the work your contractor or plumber does to ensure he or she did the job correctly. If you plan on putting your house or commercial building on the market, a real estate agent and prospective buyers will want to check any large work you did to make sure it was done properly.
A trustworthy plumber will have both commercial liability insurance as well as be bonded. The insurance and the bond protects the plumber from paying for any damages made to your house out of pocket. Having professionals that carry both of these policies can protect all of you from any mishaps that could occur while they work on your building.
