    I've had to file two BB complaints with Mr. Mulherin's Maaco regarding warranty work done to my vehicle earlier this year. One little mistake turned into six days of wasted PTO, over two hundred dollars worth of rentals on my dime, and my car still hasn't been fixed. This is the third visit and John Mulherin, the owner, just threatened to call the cops on me when I requested a proper loaner car for me and my two year old son. He offered a shop car that smelled like an ashtray, looked unsafe, dirty, worn, the front driver side door didn't even open... and asked that I drive that for three days til my car was ready. This is after he refused to pay $27 a day for a rental that would have been safe and clean to drive for me and my son. I am beyond hurt and aggravated that I cannot be shown proper respect as a paying customer and no one should either. His business practices are abhorrent - he gave me a rock off his desk that said "Get Over It" and told me I should take the hint. Will do.

    I have become a regular here. Latest service is a good quality paint job that really improved the appearance of my car and makes me feel good about driving it. Also I don't have to get a car payment but can drive this one longer. Really nice people and professional fairly priced service.

    My beloved ’91 Camaro, that I have had since new, was recently hit in a parking lot. Took her to two different places before going to Maaco. Honestly, I’ve always heard Maaco paint jobs were to be avoided unless you were getting a car painted to sell. Nothing could be farther from the truth!



    I had a detailed talk with Brandon (Shop Manager) and John (Shop Owner) about my expectations. I needed to make sure they, along with the rest of the staff, knew exactly what I expected to fix the car back to her former glory. I asked them about painting the entire car as well since the original 25 year old paint was showing its age. They quickly explained to me the four different levels of paint services. After hearing the information, I selected the Premium Service. I must say I do not remember her looking this good the day I bought her! I also had them paint my aftermarket fiberglass hood and replace the rear spoiler with an aftermarket one. This involved filling the holes where the original one had been mounted. You can’t even tell where the original one was mounted now.



    Nate (Body Shop) did a fantastic job on prepping the body for paint. Once the front bumper cover had been removed, it was noticed that it was beyond repair. Maaco contacted State Farm for me and took care of all of the paperwork required to get a new one ordered at no additional cost.



    I did have to take her back for one flaw that was found in the paint. Without hesitation, Brandon said “we’ll take care of that, don’t worry.” They did! MY CAMARO IS PERFECT!



    I have a ’64 Chevrolet truck next in line for Maaco. I would highly recommend Maaco to any and every one. They exceeded my expectations! By the way, three days after picking her up, I had someone offer to buy her from me. Sorry, not for sale…

    Went in on Saturday, got a quote and set up to drop off on Monday morning. Monday rolls around and had the pleasure of meeting the staff that acted like me dropping off was a inconvenience to him hanging out in the garage. They "lost" my quote from Saturday, and re quoted the job $400 higher. Needless to say, they won't get my business or anyone else if I can help it.
