I got work done about a month ago...had to come back 2x so I was frustrated and the lady at front desk(I think owner wife) was very rude to me!! I was complaining about having to come back twice in a week to someone outside. Mind u she was outside also...sooo she decided to interject in my conversation and told me she was tired of hearing of me complaining!!! I told her I don't care what she tired of... I was the customer and I wasn't satisfied!! And told me I can take it to someone else to fix!! And that I got what I paid for!!! I was sooo floored!! What happened to customer service and getting job right when they are wrong!! Never a Again!!!!! I hope my paint holds up so I don't never have to go back!!!!
My husband and I had a home driveway bang and ding experience!
We took both vehicles to J T's to have the repairs and paint work performed. We were both very pleased with the quality of the work, the price was fair and the staff are so very pleasant and helpful! At this moment we have a third vehicle there having some paint work done on it. I would highly recommend this business to all who want quality paint and body work at a fair price. Bad quotes, Overcharged, promise to clean head lights as part of whole project, NOT DONE added paint chip.
Brought a BMW Z4 in to have the front bumper/fascia attached correctly and to get headlights cleaned.
When I brough the car in was told it would cost $42.00 to take it apart (1) hour to determine problem Ok. If it took them an (1)hour to take it apart then why did it take 5.9 hours to put it back together??? Yes I did authorize the money but at that point they had the car apart and because of my ignorance I did not quite understand that there weren?t more parts involved until I got the bill. On bill it states $76.00 in parts and of (6.9) hours of labor for a total of $371.00.
Then to top it off... while the car was in there procession the paint on the fender where they had repaired the headlight had a large paint chip put in it. They blamed me, which I am fairly certain not to be correct. So they just dabbed some touch up paint on it and told me to accepted it or they would just keep the car no willingness to work out a better solution?at least fill the chip up with paint then buff it off or something .
The good side is the light does now match with the fender and the front fascia/bumper is now attached correctly.
I am sorry if I offened the ladies in the office...I got a little upset.
