    We rented apartment 112 at this community in 2014. The community is beautiful and previously, I used to live in the apartment across from Reserve i.e. Enclave at Woodbridge. I was excited when we rented the apartment because the view and construction is an eye candy.

    However, once we moved into the apartment, I quickly learnt that all that glitters is not gold. I regretted my decision over time not because of the apartment itself but the management and their shady ways. When we moved into the apartment, the burners didn't work and our work order requests were not fulfilled timely. In fact, the staff wouldn't even believe us. It was always a constant battle we fought with the management.

    Finally, our last day in the apartment, we cleaned it thoroughly but it seems like it wasn't clean enough for the management and so they utilized our security deposit. I wish we hadn't cleaned it in the first place. Before we rented the apartment at Reserve, we were living in Enclave at Woodbridge across the street and they were amazing. Their management was helpful and yeah, they did refund our security deposit. One thing is certain. I will not recommend Reserve at Woodbridge to anyone. I wish I had known about their reputation for cheating deposit.

    I lived here for a year and had no issues during that time. However, on move-out is when they screw you. Although carpet replacement between tenants is a standard thing, they charged me for that. I kept my apartment clean and well-kept. My $500 pet deposit was shown as only $200 pet deposit on my final statement. The biggest issue I had, however, was that after moving out having paid all the rent they said I owed and settling all financial obligations, they then came up with a listing of fees which they NEVER billed me for, even though I had given them my forwarding address. They then sold my outstanding charges to a collections firm, blotting my credit record. I called the apartment office half a dozen times and got the answering service every time, left messages, and never once got a call back. Finally had a day off work and went in person to confront them. All they could say is "Sorry, yeah I'd be mad too." Meanwhile my credit record now has a blotch on it that is 100% the fault of the management of Reserve at Woodbridge. I will never recommend this place to anyone because ultimately you will be cheated out of your hard-earned money.

    You get nasty threatening notices for everything, most are notices to vacate. The latest is that everyone must sign and date a form with the pool guidelines. I've gotten these threatening notices because I owed them 3$......LOL. btw, they tack on a 50$ late fee with 10$ for every other day that your balance isn't 0 The management spits out ""your contract says"" instead of ""how may I help you"". The staff has no judgement and will sign and date a notice to kick you out because you owe them 3$ like they don't even read what they are sending.......Do not expect any deals, help, forgiveness or understanding from management here. They also jack the price up on you every lease term.....you'd be lucky to keep your same rate here. Crime is bad, expect a robbery 1 time a month.
