Awful!! This was the worst shopping experience of my life. I received unfair and sad to say discriminating service. When I initially visited the store I wasn't welcomed, when I was finally serviced I decided to buy a pair of earrings for my upcoming wedding. Two days before my wedding I tried on my dress and accessories to discover my earrings were missing a stone. I decided to take my earrings back the next day for an exchange. When I returned to the store there were no other earrings like or equal to mine, being they carried no other formal costume jewelry. Equipped with my receipt, I asked the owner to refund the $40 I spent since I was sold faulty merchandise, to which she refused referring back to the stores zero refund policy. I told her I understood her policy,however the merchandise sold to me was her error. She being the owner had full authority to show good faith and customer service and choose neither. I was given the option of having another pair located and shipped to me, but this was not an option since my wedding was the following day not to mention she could give me no concrete time only the return of the item. At one point she walked away as if I were not even there. Never have I been treated so rudely and disrespectful! Most people are sensitive to the stress of brides, but Denisons was not in the least! I left the store hurt, with no earrings, no money and a store credit. Upset I talked to friends who informed me of the racial profiling and discrimination in that store to which I was unaware. I completely understand and respect store policy, but when the store is at fault they should accomodate. I will never step foot in this store again, and I warn others to take your money and business elsewhere!
