Goodyear Auto Service Center
Lawrence and Alexander saved my wife and I from a real disaster. 200 miles from home, we experienced a flat tire on the Florida turnpike. I replaced the flat with my temporary spare, and quickly googled the nearest Goodyear tire center. It was 4:30pm on Saturday and they were the closest to where we were. They closed at 6pm and we were about 30-45 minutes away. We called the shop, and they assured us they could take care of us. When we got there, the tire was repaired and placed back on the car in a very quick timeframe. When I asked what I owed, I was told no charge. I couldn't believe it, but this shop doesn't charge to repair flats! Talk about great service. Both of the gentlemen were very friendly and helpful. We were back on our way in no time and safe. I highly recommend this shop and want to thank both of these guys for their help. We could have ended up much worse off, but thanks to them we made it home safe and sound.

Cartenders of Stuart
I was introduced to Eric by a coworker in 2006. I am a single lady and have been taken advantage of by auto mechanics many times in the past!......Ladies, you NEVER need to worry about this with Eric (or his staff) he will treat you like he would his own mother or sister!.....If something is starting to wear, but can wait to be replaced, he will tell you, and give you an HONEST estimate of when service will be NECESSARY!....my Dad is a "car guy" and always found fault with anyone I ever used to service my car, my dad is now in his 70's and takes his cars to Eric!.....I send EVERYONE I know to him and they do the same....I have not had a single person I have ever sent to him have a negative experience!.... I now live in Palm Beach Gardens.....I STILL go to Eric even if my car needs to be towed to him...... A TRULY HONEST MECHANIC AND GENUINELY GOOD PERSON!!!!......HIS STAFF IS AWESOME TOO!

Roosevelt Bridge Tire & Auto
Our vehicles have been maintained by John and Mark for quite a awhile. The reason our vehicles are in excellent condition is because of the care and guidance we receive from Roosevelt Bridge Tire and Auto. In an independent shop integrity and customer relationships are absolutely essential for success. One of many examples of this is that our Van's power steering capability would be temporarily disabled when water splashing on the power streaming belt rendered it unusable. The dealership did not have an effective remedy even though succeeding years of that model included factory deflection shields in their design. John was well aware of this dilemma and fabricated a custom splash shield to address this problem. They are "The Real Deal" at Roosevelt Bridge Tire and Auto.

American Legends Auto Repair
This is one of the best shops I have ever had the pleasure of working with! They are passionate about cars and doing things the right way. I had a motor swapped here in my VW and was charged a fair price and had the owner who is clearly passionate about cars do the job with finesse. What a beautiful clean shop and such kind and caring owners. I will be bringing my cars to no one else but American Legends auto repair going forward and trust the honest advice and opinions given here. They go beyond your average repair shop and excel in every way possible. Excellent customer service and fair pricing! Highly recommended!

Stuart Brake & Auto Repair
I stopped into the shop to discuss a problem I was having with my classic car. (electrical) After a brief conversation with the owner's, it was clear they were knowledgeable and understood exactly what the problem was with my car.I returned with my car, the electrical problems I was experiencing were corrected exactly as they explained to me with no surprises. A great customer experience.I would also like to add, ownership took the time to introduce me to the mechanic who would work on the car.I highly recommend visiting their shop for your vehicle's needs. The Tire Choice
My husband and I took our car to this place last weekend for a check up and oil change. The manager was very thorough with his questions and directed me to the best value. When picking up the car, the manager told my husband he had no recommendations for our car. We had thought with 64,000 miles we would need brakes as they are original. The manger said all our fluids were clear and our brakes were only used 15 percent-VERY Honest-My husband was very pleased-Thanks.

Hardcore Automotive
I take my car here all the time, they have fair pricing, and best of all mechanics that that are honest and actually know what they're doing! I will continue doing buisness with them because they are fair and wont rip me off. They've helped me with little things like breaks, and ac repairs, as well as rebuilding my transmission in my 2000 honda civic. I give them 5 stars.
Tips & Advices
Yes. New tires purchased online can often be priced lower than ones at a tire dealership. Buyers can often avoid state sales taxes and locate hard-to-find tire styles and sizes, but will still have to locate a local tire installer and pay sometimes high shipping costs.
The average cost of a set of new tires is $637, with a range of between $525-$725. In addition, installation includes mounting and balancing, alignment, and disposal of old tires.
The vehicle is raised and the old wheels are removed, then the old tires are removed from the wheels. The lug nuts, wheels, and valve stems are inspected and replaced as needed. The new tires are mounted and sealed, then inflated and balanced. The wheels are then replaced on the car. The average installation takes approximately 45 minutes.
Agencies such as the Tire Industry Association promotes tire safety through advocacy and education to the industry including: manufacture, sales, repair, service and recycling. Seek a full-service tire dealer who carries a wide variety of tire types and brands and asks about the type of driving you normally do.
  • Move your car to a safe location.
  • Turn on your car’s safety lights, apply the parking brakes and remove the hubcap if there is one.
  • Loosen the lug nuts with a lug wrench (but do not remove them), raise the vehicle with a jack and then fully remove the lugnuts.
  • Remove the flat tire and replace it with the spare tire.
  • Tighten the lug nuts by hand, lower the car and then tighten them fully with the lug wrench.

Just a moment...
