Donnelly Appliance Service
Steer clear away from using this service. They are unreliable, rude and not at all committed to customer service.

Donnelly Appliance Service
Plenty of other options.... don't call DonnellyWe scheduled an appt with Donnelly's to fix a dishwasher -- which of course broke 3 days before we were hosting 80 people for a holiday party. We agreed to the Friday afternoon appt, between 12-5. I told Michelle, who scheduled the appt, that someone would definitely be there but just call ahead to let us know that they were coming -- as it would be a busy afternoon. At 3:30 this afternoon, when I came downstairs after ironing a tablecloth, I saw a missed call on my cell phone from 15 minutes prior. I figured this meant they would be here momentarily but the message said to call back. So I did, and the woman rudely informed me that "the tech already left your area, he's got stuff to do and can't wait around all day for customers to call him back." I explained that WE, were in fact the only ones waiting around all day -- and that I had NEVER implied that anyone would not be there to meet the tech, only that it would be a very busy day and I wanted a little heads up so that we could clear the kitchen area, etc. I also explained that with every other company, they usually call 30 minutes before arriving.... and that 15 minutes barely gave someone time to jump in the shower and dress before they've missed their window. Michelle, and then Rich (the owner), informed me that if I HAD NOT requested the call ahead, the tech would have simply driven to my house --- so I guess the lesson is don't attempt to be courteous to Donnelly, and they will show up. Maybe. Or, call someone else.

Reliable Appliance Service & Dryer Venting
I had problemd with my Whirpool Washing Machine I called Reliable and spoke to the owner himself and told him what the problem was he told me that he would be at my home 2.30pm....he called me fifteen minutes before to tell me he was on his way. When he came with his assistantthey were on timr snd very polite. I shoeed him the entrance to the washing machine and in as littlr as fifteen minutes he was able to show me what the problem was. He put a new part and had the Washing machine working in less thsn 30 minutes. In less than an hour they had left my house I am so happy and pleased with their services. The charge was very reasonable and was less than what I had thought I would definitely recommend their services to everyone. Tips & Advices
Water leakage is usually caused by a blockage of the defrost drain by food or debris. The ensuing overflow can leak inside the refrigerator or outside. This problem is often an easy DIY fix--just clean the debris away. If you cannot locate it, it could be a clog of the system and might require a technician.
The most common cause of a refrigerator running is a faulty seal, usually on the door, allowing a constant flow of warm, humid air into the unit. To combat the warm air, the refrigerator’s cooling system kicks in and might stay on. This can cause strain on the cooling unit, not to mention higher utility bills.
The most common reason an ice maker stops making ice is a faulty water supply line. The most likely culprits are the supply line being frozen, broken, disconnected, or the filter being clogged, which prevents water from passing through.
The most common refrigerator maintenance issue is the most obvious: The refrigerator isn’t cold enough. Next is a faulty ice maker, the refrigerator not functioning at all, the unit is making strange noises, and the dispenser units are not dispensing water and/or ice.
Frost buildup in the freezer is a result of warm, humid air entering the freezer and then freezing. It could be as simple as frequent opening and closing of the door, or a faulty door seal allowing air to flow in. If those are not the issues, the automatic defrost system might be malfunctioning and require servicing.
