Absolutely horrible customer service. They did the flowers for my wedding. The day of the wedding, they called me several times while I was getting my hair done and told me that they just HAD to deliver them to my hotel room early and couldn t leave them behind the front desk of the hotel. They ended up leaving them at the front desk anyway, so I don t know what the point was. My mother realized we were missing part of our order, so I called them to let them know, and they screamed at me, slammed the phone down (they thought they hung up on me), and then proceeded to scream about how they hate their customers. They ended up bringing the missing flowers, double charging us (because I couldn t produce the receipt of us paying or the missing portion, you know, 10 minutes before getting pictures taken), and then threatening to charge us for all the vases if we didn t bring them back by Monday. I told them to just take them then if they were so worried about it (since we were taking pictures they weren t going to be staying in water), but they wouldn t. The quality of the flowers was pretty good, but never would I ever again put up with their horrible customer service.

They were magical. My wedding was around mother's day and they never made us feel inconvenient. Last but not least they delivered a beautiful spread featured in The Knot Magazine and won "Best wedding of the year for 2016." I never regretted hiring this awesome team. Would hire them again. Beyond polite with me and super sweet.
