Ultra Care Of Stockton
This is the most trustworthy mechanic's shop I have ever dealt with. I would take my truck (Toyota) here before anywhere else.

Mariscos El Charro
Great service, seafood is good and tastes fresh. I love the empanadas de camaron and ceviche. I observed the waitresses being friendly and having a lot of patience with children, its a nice restaurant to treat your whole family.

A-1 Auto Glass
The owner was so nice and the prices are great! I had my side and front windshield replaced and the owner took it upon himself to also fix my side mirror for free. It was a very kind gesture and I appreciated it. I would highly recommend A-1 auto glass; they did a great job!!!

Rodney never disapoints me....he gets the job done right and he is very honest man... I've taken my car to other shops around Stockton and when I take it to Rodney he tells me the truth other people try to charge me way over the price he did and he found things that werent even wrong with my car that the other guy said that there was... that save me a lot of money

Technique Towing
I had the pleasure of having Jim as my driver today. He helped me get my car to the DMV and was willing to wait for me through all their shenanigans while I had my vehicle processed. Afterwards he towed my car back to my new place of residence. The company and Jim were reasonably priced and professional from start to finish-I highly recommend them.

Perlu Advanced Automotive Repair
The owner Rich greater me today in his opening day and explained to me what needed to be done with my BMW after I had already taken in somewhere else who couldn't figure out my issues. Thanks to them my car is back up and running. Great place and are very honest and straight forward.

Sears Auto Center
They do not try to fix what is actually broken. I went in with a Honda element that had 2 broken engine blocks. They showed us which ones were broken. They then went ahead and fixed the 2 other engine blocks that were not even broken. And it was their mistake, and we spent $1000 on it when it should have only costed us $300-$500. I would NEVER EVER recommend this shop to anyone, not even my worst enemy. They tell you other things are broken when they really aren't, they suck you dry financially. Reported them to the Better Business Buearu

Ultra Care Of Stockton
Ultra Care of Stockton hours of business is suppose to open at 8:00 a.m. I called on 12/20/2016 at about 8:40 a.m. and no one picked up the phone. I wanted to get an estimate to change a serpentine belt for my Chevy but that did not work out because Ultra was nowhere to be found, a.w.a.l, very disappointed. I tried to call back at 8:48 and I heard the same dial tone, nothing. I guess I won't waist any more of my time. For a young business, you figure that they would be eager for customers. Oh well, I guess I will go to the next shop.Adam
Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
