Big Valley Ford Lincoln Mercury
I usually don't bother writing reviews as if I am become unhappy with the service I merely take my business elswhere. In this case, I am likely to not only quit buying from Big Valley but quit buying Ford's all together due to the service department. I have purchased Ford's my entire life, and 7 vehicles from Big Valley in the past 10 years, yet am treated like a 3rd class citizen. I actually was treated better at Kia when I went to a dealer on a $15k car that I did not even buy from them then I was at Big Vallery after have spending well over $200k, hard to get an appointment set up, hard to get a loaner car, paperwork not ready when I got there, two of 3 problems not fixed and the so called valet stopped to talk to others while he went to get my car, knowing I was standing there waiting. This is not my first challenge with the Big Valley service department but it may well be my last, and since they are the only Ford dealer that is local, probably my last dealing with Ford. One of my specific problems was with the alarm system in my truck (F150 Platinum) which kept going off on its own, the explanation to me after 2 years that I might not know how to use it (really, after 2 years of it working fine, just call me a moron) so they guarantee it works, in less than 1 hour of having it home, it goes off 3 times and I can no longer set it at all. The moisture on the insde of my windshield must not have been real either, that must be why my headliner is soaked and there is water dripping from the passenger side handrails and filling up the cup holder in the door on that side. GREAT WORK....the problem is that the service is so bad and that I have so many other things to be doing that I might just live with the problems instead of dealing with the headache of getting them fixed. Not only have they lost my business, maybe this review will hit home for them in other areas as well. It is unfortunate because I actually liked the sales process (cant say that often) but being treated like gold at the Volvo and Kia dealers and like dirt where I have spent the most money, does not sit well. As much as it pains to me to say....Chevy here I come....

Cosmic Group LLC
I have engaged Sudha Chadalavada regarding some of the tax lien issues that I was dealing with the Franchise tax board and the IRS. On May 2nd of 2015, I was notified that Sudha obtained a clearance and waiver for about $50,000 tax lien on property from California Franchise Tax Board, on June 14th of 2015, she also obtained a waiver of penalty and interest for about $4,000 from IRS. Sudha carries impeccable brilliance in presenting the client case with the taxing authorities and getting a waiver. Sudha is the best CPA I have ever come across and I have never seen anyone who takes her job so seriously. She works for the client and does whatever it takes to get favorable resolution. Despite the broad range of skills and knowledge set that carries, Sudha is very easy to work with and a pleasant and down to earth person. Stockton is lucky to have found a CPA of this caliber. I strongly recommend Sudha and her firm "The Cosmic Group".

Big Valley Ford Lincoln Mercury
I was rear ended less than 1 mile from Big Valley Ford and the collision center manager happened to be driving by shortly after the accident happened. He was such a comfort to me. He took photos of my vehicle for my insurance company and explained the entire claim process to me. He never solicited Big Valley to me, but after such care, I absolutely had no doubt where I wanted to take my car for repair. They arranged a rental car to be dropped off for me, and the repairs were completed in just 3 days. My car looks new again. I would highly recommend Big Valley fo everyone!

Real Property Management Central Valley
I have worked with Real Property Management since April 2011. Since having the company manage my property, they have provided myself and my tenant with excellent service. Even when having experienced difficulties with a previous tenant, the company continue to engage with myself and the tenant and ensure the proper procedures were followed. The team at RPM always responds in timely manner to both my concerns and the tenants. I am very pleased with the services thus far and intend to allow Real Property Management to manage my property until I venture back to the area.

Heritage Property Management
I highly recommend Heritage. They have been managing our property for approx 8 years and we are very happy with them. We understand that they are a small company but they have handled all our issues according. They personally call me to authorize maintainance of units if they fell it is justifiable. There are always going to be a few tenants that are abusive and wants everything. There are rules that are in place. Heritage simply enforce the rules to protect the owners and tenants. If you dont destroy your unit, you will have a great relationship with them.

Heritage Property Management
So not slumlords.....just a tight management firm that actually does it job. That in respect makes your place a more decent place for people to live in and rent. The best deal ever on waterfront property at a great price that includes water, sewer and trash. I have lived here for a total of seven years and not disappointed. Remember, lose management makes for lose rules, live in a crappy environment of people and location. Keri and Debbie are great.

Heritage Property Management
As an absentee property owner Heritage Property Management provides me with peace of mind. They have done a great job of vetting prospective tenants to find those that are reliable and responsible. I recommend Heritage both to other property owners as well as renters looking for a pleasant place to live that is managed by a company that is responsive.

Jorge is an absolute pro. His attitude and ability are very impressive, but his prices are even better. He does what he says he will do and does it fast. He has worked on both my Prius and my Sienna. If you have a Toyota or any hybrid that needs work check with Toyo of Stockton.
Tips & Advices
Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
