Freedom Towing And Transport
The people were rude, did not allow me to access my vehicle towed from an accident when I am on the insurance of the vehicle and on the police report - because my father was the registered owner. I literally had to call the police to get access to my car again.

Really upsetting when you go see your totaled car to gather your items after a bad accident and come to find your things are missing. How can a company that supposedly strives on respect, trust, dedication, integrity and commitment allow there employees to steal from there customers.Wouldnt doubt the owners aren't aware of the theft nor would it surprise me if they encourage it.Both ladies at the front seemed friendly but the office was a mess. No way to present a company. There wasn't even a place to sit. Trash and paperwork all over the floor and desk.I was worried about my car the min I walked in to the office.I was told my keys were locked in my car.Though it wasn't locked when I left the accident with the tower. When I recovered car in there lot , it was not locked. My front bumper which was at least slightly attached while being towed away , was hanging off on the ground. My back license plate was missing. The frame that was initially on the plate was lying on the ground right beneath where the back plate is located.Someone from there lot obviously took it and for them to be so careless to leave obvious evidence is ridiculous. I had several clothes , a portable battery jumper, micheal Kors purse and other things that were in my car that are now missing.Yet again they leave sloppy evidence and fill a random basket/crate with some of my clothes and other things and leave it in my trunk. They sorted through my things and made a basket of what they didn't want and just left it there.Theres no reason for my belongings to be sorted through and in a random container that was not mine. My trunk and doors were closed leaving it with the tower. I already lost my car and now my belongings were stolen from this company.I didn't need the extra stress. I never got the choice of the towcompany that was taking my car.Stockon PD requested them. Hopefully you don't get this company as a chosen tow service if you get into an accident.Deff having my lawyer get intouch

Dont waste your time and money all you will get is a headache and high blood pressure dealing with this fraud company. They have terrible selection of cars. Nothing but lemons they get all the reject cars. So 2016 i was in a car accident someone ran a light hit and totaled my car out. Only after 2 1/2 months of having my car. So i did the law abiding thing. Called my auto insurance made the report. Then called my gap insurance. But wait the gap insurance come to find out they had not even received my gap insurance information from the dealership. So i called them and their response was oh i dont know what happened maybe they we waited to send all of the gap from others in a group because they didnt think id need it so soon. So after that got taken care of fast forward my auto insurance covered the entire balance to the lender. Which left a zero balance which left my gap insurance untouched. I then had the dealership cancel my gap insurance and signed for the cancellation. When i attempted to collect my refund for the un used gap policy. Paul blanco warranty department then told me OH NO YOU WONT GET ANYTHING BACK BECAUSE YOU OPENED A CLAIM WITH YOUR AUTO INSURANCE. Pause... In america by law in order to operate a vehicle it must be insured and when you buy car at dealership it has to be insured. When you get in an accident insurance is first thing they ask for. So because i did the law abiding citizen thing and reported it to my insurance which automatically opens a claim. That is reason they refused to give me my refund. So i called gap insurance company they said no the dealership is supposed to do refund i also called ca department of insurance consumers hotline they also stated the same thing. I have all my emails from all the correspondence from moment this nightmare began. Fast forward more i got my replacement car. Which had expired tags from aug 2016 i got the car in dec 2016 they said ok we will be sending your tags and a new licence plate and until then

Walked in late to my appointment and was immediately taken to be seated and for a busy Saturday I thought that was great! I worked with Brandon and his manager who diligently worked to process and approve my application. I've recently fallen into the "life happens" category and didn't expect to even be approved. I left without a car today only because they didn't really have many options for my price range and the car that I was only lukewarm on, I felt, was a little too high in monthly payments. Overall the entire experience was really great and I do recommend giving them a try. They didn't try to use high pressure sales tactics, were very professional and worked hard for me. I didn't catch the managers name but he was great and got the approval that Brandon had passed on to me. Thanks guys!

Saturday November 7th, 2015 I walked around the Stockton location for an hour with being greeting.Sunday, I go to the Sacramento location test drive a 2014 Cadillac ATS with $29k miles. I walk around for an hour without being greeted. I walked inside to speak with a rep. I was pre-approved online and just wanted to test drive the Cadillac. The rep told me if I didn't see the car on the lot then it's sold and to come back later when my co-signer was with me. I asked for his manager and was given another rep. Also, come to find out the Cadillac was in the back inventory lot. So I test drove it and the 2nd rep, who was ready to go home for the day, said he would contact me eventually the next day that he worked. Monday, I went to the Stockton location when they opened and spoke with Miguel. I told him that I wanted that Cadillac from Sacramento but would not give that location the sale. I gave him the number I thought was fair based on other cars in the central valley. He said that was too low and that there was only $400 profit in his number. The manager came over to bully me. Said if I could find a better car go and try. I told him I bought a car last year and the clutch went out within the first month and the experience was bad. He then asked why would I buy another then from Paul Blanco... Wow. We agreed on the price and finished the sale. I drove to the Sacramento office to pick up the car. It was dirty and out of gas. I drove it home. The next morning I had it washed. There are water spots that are stained on the glass and chrome. This is the first time I have seen the car in the daylight. The tires have rubber chunks missing, rims are scuffed good, an emblem is missing off the trunk, the black paint looks like someone attempted to get the water spots off with STEEL WOOL and the glass is also evenly scratched by something. My new car looks so ghetto and I am upset. I went through 3 sales reps and 2 sales managers and I ended up with a good car that looks like crap in the sun. These people are use to selling to customer that they see as desperate and in need of them. A company that creates more detractors than promoters will eventually go out of business. Lastly I got a thing in the mail saying that I need to pay them $1,000 deposit within 20 days even though I said to Miguel I don't need or want to put a deposit down. If this is how they treat well-qualified customers that make over $6500/monthly and with a co-signer with a credit score of 755+ ... how do you think they treat no so qualified clients? I thought this car was worth the trouble, but in the end I got taken a 2nd time by Paul Blanco's "good car company."

Heard adds on The Fox..."No credit...bad credit, bankruptcy...unfortunate life circumstances...and, last but not least.."If you're a senior citizen will wave or greatly assist your down payment...At the end of many hours waiting...presumably for a lender to respond..."Yes..we need $4,700 down and $300 A month car note (My retirement income $1,200)..."But sir...what about the senior program? (I'm 66 years old)..."Yes sir...we will wave $500 of the down for 30 days..." what then? "You pay us...At the end of the day...just another cheesy used car dealer on the hustle...don't waste your time at Mr Blanco...and if you are a senior...beware of any charitable claims...Dr. Mike Moseley

Miguel was the name of the man dispatched to do my tow. Surprised me by being there within fifteen mins after sitting there waiting over a hour for another company i called first. Instead of just hooking my car up first he got me into the air conditioned tow truck made sure i was ok and comfortable assuring me everything was gonna be fine. Great people skills he has. I was practically crying when he got there and by the time he dropped me and my car off i was smiling and laughing. He turned a very bad situation for me into less of a ordeal thanks to his geunine concern for my well being. Thanks Miguel your a awesome tow truck driver and person. Sincerely Sheila Cooper

I just purchased a automobile at Paul Blanco's Autoplex this week. I had heard several bad review for Paul Blanco's, however, my experience was very good. My sales person's name was Janet Reyes and she was wonderful. We connected right away and she was very honest with me and was an excellent salesperson. I wasn't sure exactly what type of car I wanted, however, she took the time to show me various cars and allowed me to test drive them. Once I decided on the car she walked me through the details and introduced me to the GM and together they worked closely with me until the contract was signed. Janet called me after the purchase to make sure I was happy with the car and advised me that I could bring the car in if anything needed repair or maintenance. I would refer my friends to purchase from Paul Blanco but it is important to have your paperwork together. The staff is thorough and you can't just go there expecting a car and not have paperwork that is in order. Thank you.
Tips & Advices
Insurance agents will often try to "upsell" on various extra products that may be useful for certain people, but are generally excessive for the average consumer. Stick with basic plans that cover as much as you need without any additional costs. For example, if the annual cost of your auto insurance is 10 percent or more of the total value of your car, drop all but the most essential coverage. This is especially applicable if the car you drive is older and could be replaced with savings. Otherwise, you are paying for insurance that will never actually benefit you in the event of a serious crash.
Yes. Even after you've chosen a plan and started paying into it, consider looking around again when it comes time to renew the policy. Consider using an independent agent when searching for a new insurance policy. While traditional agents can still find a good deal, independent agents can choose from a variety of providers and tailor your coverage to your specific needs. The Internet has also made comparison shopping easy. Potential customers can often get free quotes online very quickly.
Send your insurer a claim form for each beneficiary in the plan, as well as a certified copy of the policyholder's death certificate. With the proper information, life insurance claims are generally straightforward. Problems may arise if the policyholder has died within two years of opening the policy. In this case, an attorney may be needed to settle the claim.
In the case of damage, take pictures of the affected area as soon as any safety or health emergencies are resolved. Take note of what happened and all the relevant circumstances and report to your insurer as soon as possible. If any of your possessions were damaged, use an inventory of your important assets and make note of this in the claim. Once an adjuster has made their own report, review it for accuracy.
If you're involved in an accident, you need to call the police right away and have them document the situation. You can file a claim upon obtaining the police report. It's also a good idea, if possible, to take your own notes to record: what happened before the accident, the date and time, traffic signs in the area and road conditions. Also get the other driver's name, address, license plate number, and insurance information. Even photos taken with a cell phone camera can help the claims process. Once you have this documentation, call your insurance company right away.
