0/5 stars for car salesmanship. Do NOT trust these people. Here's why:We were on the market for a new Honda, and found a cheaper price at the Edmond Honda dealer. However, wanting to support local businesses, we called Barry Sanders and asked if they could match the price. They said they could. So we went in and spent ONE HOUR filling out their paperwork. As we wrapped up the files, the guy comes out and says "Oh wait, we can't match this price after all". Just totally backs out on the original agreement. COMPLETELY inexcusable and a disgusting thing to do, wasting an hour of our time on a false promise. So we stood up and left in disgust, and ended up purchasing from the Edmond dealer, who was in contrast quite charming to deal with.So you've been warned. It makes me physically ill that anyone is supporting these sleazy salesmen. I look forward to the day that car sales adopts the Tesla model system and we have no more need for these sick people.Note: This occurred 2-3 years ago, but my family keeps referencing this experience because it was THAT memorable and inexcusable. We'll never forget our experience at Barry Sanders and the disgusting manner with which we were treated.

this place is not a salvage yard. a salvage yard will let u walk out into the yard and pick whatever parts you want. instead, at this mess of a place, you tell the dumb old guys behind the counter what youre looking for, they search it on there computers, which they dont know how to use, and tell u if they have that car or not and if the part is still there. they wont let u go out into the yard. when it clearly says on a chalk board on the wall 'you pick.' so instead u have to pay to much for a part. then on top of that you have to pay them to have there people pull it. and something could break in the process making the part useless to you! i went there lookin for parts for a 2003 impala. they didnt have any 2000-2005 impalas... what salvage yard wouldnt have an 8th generation impala??? or a similar w body like it (grand prix, regal, bonneville, etc) youre better off driving an hour to tulsa and going to lkq. or just any REAL salvage yard.

Barry Sanders Honda was very helpful in getting me into a new car at payments I could afford. Justin was not pushy and made everything easy for me.

I went into Barry Sanders Honda on Monday not necessarily looking to purchase but more or less just get an idea or price, models, makes. I ended up talking with Justin who hooked me on the new Accord. It gets good gas mileage and was in my budget. I ended up buying it and am very very happy.

Ashley S sold me my Altima. She was very kind and worked with my price range on what I was willing to spend. I didn't feel pressured by her either. I am satisfied with my entire experience.
Tips & Advices
Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
