    Best internet and best service I have EVER experienced. I've lived in other western states and never had internet so fast with such good service. Highly recommend them!!

    4pm and my internet is less than half of what I'm paying for. Can't blame my router its a first class router. If it rains or is foggy connection is spotty at best. The Reed butte tower is less than a mile away as the crow flies so its not bad connection to the tower. The only positive I can say for RMI is no data cap but hey no service is effectively a forced data cap so. I'll let you split those hairs. RMI fix your service and stand by your promises to not be another crappy ISP.

    Rude Woman on the phone

    Constand outages ( they claim are for upgrades)

    at peak busisness hours!! Do these upgrades after hours or at least send out a courtesy email warning of an outage. I purchased a full year of service...... will not be doing that again!!

    avoid at all costs!!

    2 employees/owners. Make you pay 6 months at a time or else prices are outrageous! Charge exorbitant amount for disconnect fees. Internet service is flaky! Meaning lucky to stream webinars, Netflix, or anything else! Terrible customer service! The woman needs to take some classes in service and customer satisfaction!! Call to have them fix internet she is short, rude, and blame shifts everything to the router and then talks to you like you should know everything about their service. They also have a system update for 15 minutes every day at three am. Have updates you want to do or something your downloading? Too bad they don't care. I am sorely disappointed and wish there was another option for better service in the Bitterroot!

    HORRIBLE ALL AROUND! Internet for about 4 hours a day MAX. Even worse customer service. We made them come out to fix not having internet for 2 weeks. They were extremely rude, short, and disrespectful. It is literally 2 people running this whole company and they want to do the bare minimum.
