Eastpoint Apartments
this place has its ups and downs like an other place.the complex is ideal for a variety of people, everyone from college students, to couples or single people It's quiet, but on weekends since it is close to a bar and near uwsp it can be a little noisy at times. it is fair on cost and a great starter place for students who don't have credit and starting a place on your own, the owners are very understanding and caring and give you an opportunity to prove yourself. there is plenty of nearby essential things and walking distance too. its pretty close to a lot of great things Schmeeckle Reserve is my all time favorite its an ideal place for hiking, jogging, biking, canoeing, fishing, wildlife watching, or just relaxing. With over 5 miles of trails and boardwalks, its absolutely amazing and only a block away!! The residents are friendly and its easy to make friends considering your near tons of other complexes. the management is great on making you happy, for an example they're always doing something nice for you like they put in a brand new ac for me and new rugs in my entire complex, new roofing and every month their is "news feeds" giving you and overall of what is happening around your area and sometimes you will find cookies for you to brighten up your day! the downfall would be the hallways need new carpeting and the basement needs a good cleaning (tons of spider webs) but it is also a storage area only! Ive only lived here for a few months now and those are the only downfall things i have came across Overall its an excellent place to live. so come and check it out :)
