same here i called my caseworker back in Sept about moving and when i called where my new case should be they said im not in the system, this is by Nov. I never had anything sent to me between calling and leaving her a message and then Calling the new place. When i called my Caseworker in Nov about the move, shes like i would have called you back if i had a message. Obviously Not!

I have called my case worker numerous times, left messages with all information, dropped paperwork off on time and no call or any paper mailed back. Terrible casework, either do your job or get out of there. It's not fair for us to suffer because you are not doing your job.

Secretary Of State
We went in here to get my wife's drivers permit. She has a special case because we just got married and shes new to the county. 1st time we went here the lady who was helping her didnt seem to know what she was doing, We had to ask the manager to get a better explanation. The lady manager was very rude and she is not nice or approachable at all. Shes one of those managers who feels like they didnt want to be there and help out customers. She did not give us the chance to ask questions and have clear answers. Everytime we would ask question she would just cut us off while were talking and say NO. NO NO NO, thats all I remember from our conversation with her. Her gesture and expressions from her face shows us that she was very annoyed. This manager did not have a good customer service. So they told us to come back another day. We went back a week after and spoke with a lady named Kim. At first everything was going fine, but after she went over our papers she started raising her voice and everyone at the Secretary of State could hear her. We did not raise our voice because we handled this situation like a professional and remained calm. But this lady kept raising her voice like we were some stupid people who couldnt understand her. Maybe she was thinking that the louder she raised her voice the easier it is for us to understand. But no thats not the case. At the end of the day my wife stil did not get her driver's permit and we are terrified to come back to this place. I would never go back to this placce again. Manager and the lady Kim was very unprofessional and rude.

Just a moment...
