Worst experience I've ever had. What a disaster. STAY AWAY.I went in for an oil change with my 2015 Ford Fusion, and they were having trouble getting the hood open - note that I've never had any trouble with the hood before. They asked me to close the hood and re-pop it, upon doing so I look up to see them stabbing at my hood with a screwdriver. I immediately get out of the car to ask them to stop, because I've never had a problem with the hood... I see the damage to my car right away, they not only scratched some of the premium tri-coat paint off of my vehicle, but also put a dent in it as well from the prying action of the screwdriver on the front of the car. When I asked for them to fix it, he said they promise they'll get it fixed but asked that I leave now because they're getting ready to close. I wouldn't leave without more information... I wanted a signed paper stating what will be fixed, and how it will be fixed. This is when the lube tech from down in the pit comes up and starts swearing at me, asking me if "I want my whole f***ing car repainted or what" and making fun of my vehicle?! The owner or manager that was there kept saying it's not a big deal, it's not a big deal. But damaging my vehicle is a big deal to me... He even said "You know, I don't think we even did this"... and kept asking me to leave again. I kept demanding a paper signed by them stating that it will get fixed. They finally pulled out a blank piece of paper and scribbled a signature on it and said "we will fix the hood latch and touch up". It was signed by the person that actually damaged the vehicle with the screw driver. They told me they would call me the next day (Saturday June 3rd)) or the following Monday (June 5 2017).I was then asked to leave again and I did as they were getting quite angry and I felt the encounter might turn violent based on the tone they were taking and how much they were screaming and swearing at me.This was by far the most unprofessional place I have ever been to.It is now Monday June 5th, and I called to get some status on this and they said their mechanic is unavailable after I heard them call for him while they set the phone down... I asked when they would be available and they said "oh I have no idea, he's going to have to call you when he's back". It's clear to me they're avoiding the situation now completely and will refuse to take any responsibility for the damage they've caused.STAY AWAY FROM JOE'S QUICK LUBE.

Amilo Complete Auto Repair
Purchase a car and took it for repairs at this place and after two days they called me to pick it up because it was fixed. Paid them $300 cash and start driving back home, just half mile away from the shop the car catches fire and stop running. Police came in the scene and called towing service to tow the car. They are butchers not car repair people in this place. They don't know what they are doing. I went back to ask them to write a letter for me to take that to court to waive my ticket and requested a copy of my receipt for proof of repairs for the court and he was refusing completely to give me anything. They are very unprofessional and very bad customer service. If they cut you a deal if you are paying cash refuse the deal because they will screw you.

JRrs Lube Shop
This was hands down the best experience I have had in a oil change. I was there for my first time and gave me a 10 dollar coupon for coming in. I got a full service oil change and a free vacuum for 25$. I highly recommend this place.

JRrs Lube Shop
I came into JR's for my first time. All the staff were professional, curtious, and knowledgeable(offered me a bottle of water and a coffee). They keep their place clean and are reasonably priced on everything they have in store (Uncle Eds wanted $20 more for the same oil change). They did not try to sell me anything that was not needed on my vehicle. If you're looking for a new place this is the one.

JRrs Lube Shop
I started coming to this place about a year ago and they're probably the best around. The techs there check every aspect of the car with free vacuum and fill my tires with air if need be. They checked inside and out to make sure it was working properly. Upon arrival, I was offered coffee and water. The did my oil change relatively quick and recommended some services that would be due my next visit. They don't push sales. They have coupons that go out in value pack. I gave them my coupon and Joe handed it right back and said to give to someone I know that can use it next time. He discounted the coupon value plus some.

JRrs Lube Shop
No stars. I was a 20 year customer of JR's Lube Shop... but not anymore. New owner said his name was Joe. I'm an elderly woman. He told me my antifreeze was only good to plus 10 degrees but he did not show me the apparatus used, as was customary by the previous ownwers. He said I needed an $80.00 radiator flush. My car had a flush three years ago so I left and went to another lube place for a second opinion. They showed me the apparatus where all balls were floating and said my antifreeze was very clean and good to minus 34. Now, I'll let you be the judge on whether you think JR's Lube Shop's new owners are reputable.

JRrs Lube Shop
I went here for an oil change, and I have to say I'm gonna keep going there from now on. I'm a single mom and I can say I've had bad experiences in the past, but not here, they have a new manager there, I think his name is Joe, very nice guy, took care of me, didn't have to wait long, I wasn't over charged either, I highly recommend this place.
Tips & Advices
You should change your oil filter whenever you change your oil, that is, approximately every 7,500 miles.
A oil filter is a device that helps remove contaminants from motor oil as it passes through the engine. A pump pushed the oil through the filter where it is strained and goes back to the engine.
High-mileage oil contains special conditioners that are said to help prevent gaskets from drying out and thus preventing leaks. This can be beneficial to engines with many miles on them.
Synthetic oil costs more than conventional oil, but the price is offset by the need for less frequent oil changes due to the oil’s durability.
Tools needed to change your own oil include jack stands or ramps, a wrench, an oil filter wrench, an oil drip pan, funnel, replacement oil filter, and replacement oil.
