Lenny's Painting Inc
There isn't enough space in this site for me to tell how happy I am that I chose Lenny to do a wallpaper removal, and paint job in our home. His price was in the ballpark of the other contractors I had contacted. His work was of the highest caliber. I chose Len because he was the most articulate in his description of exactly what he was going to do.His workers were extremely friendly, and highly competent. I honestly feel that no other paintng contractor on this Island could match the quality of the job Len did. It was actually amazing the before & after of this job. His workers insisted upon doing the job meticulously assuring that the end product would be indicative of the work put into the job, and it was.Len and his crew were so friendly and pleasant to be around, that we were almost sorry to see this job come to an end.One thing is for certain. I have a few more painting jobs in mind, and I will not consider any other painter but Lenny. He is a treasure.

Lenny's Painting Inc
Lenny's Painting is my new go-to company. Lenny is knowledgeable, honest, fair and professional. He arrived at my home on time and fully prepared. He and his crew did an amazing job. The lines on all my walls are tight and look professionally done. He knew that I was a woman living alone and he didn't overcharge me or try to upsell me on anything. I highly recommend him and plan to use him again for all my painting needs.

Tips & Advices
For a long-lasting paint job, a clean wall is crucial. Ask how they plan to clean your walls, if at all, before getting started. A high-quality company will thoroughly prepare a wall so that the paint will lay smoothly and last a long time.
Yes. A well-established company will have more experience and likely more references for you to reach out to than a new company that's just getting off the ground. Be sure to ask for references so you can speak to former customers about their experience working with the painter. When speaking to these people, ask about:
  • Whether they had issues with the crew
  • If the painters were messy or neat
  • How the paint has held up since the project was completed
The quality of the paint will affect how good the walls look when the project is completed. If your contractor says they plan on using a paint you don't like, feel free to request an alternative.
If the contractor makes a point to train new hires on safety techniques as well as quality standards on the job, you're probably in good hands.
Unfortunately, there are plenty of cases where a painter has stolen items from a home or caused damage to the house or injury to the homeowner. Subcontractors may not be as skilled as employees, and the contractor you're hiring may not have much experience working with them, making them more of a risk. Additionally, ask if the painters are employees or subcontractors, and what the screening or hiring process is like.
