When purchasing your pen you should have been aware they have a no return policy. That does not mean they have bad customer service have you called and talked with the manager? She is great with customers and is always understanding! They don't leave customers unsatisfied they are more than willing to help you out with whatever problem you may or may not be having.

Horrible customer service. No return policy so be very careful if buying anything that may potentially require any repairs, exchange or replacement. (i.e. vaporizers, vapor pens.)
