It is a really expensive apartments complex, it has a lot of amenities but since there is so many families you can barely get to use them. You pay for everything even the garbage and of course the amenities and by the end of my lease I failed to inform 60 days before I had to pay to break my own lease that was over, way more money than the actual rent. Do not recommend it at all, the renew increase is huge they only care about how much money can get from you. Really cheap apartments, a lot of small things broke, the bathroom is the worse, tiles in the tub have mold, not renting back there any time soon.

The Townhouse Apartments
I rent a studio in this building in the atrium section of the building. I choose my studio because of the location! The location could not get any better. My apartment feels brand new. And my neighbors are all very friendly. I have only lived here a couple months but I love it and I could not be happier with my cozy studio.

Moved in about a year ago, into a two bedroom apartment, and my roommate and I really enjoy this complex. It's close to Downtown and we are happy to be able walk to everything. I work in Wilton and my roommate works in NYC so Stamford was a great middle point for the both of us. Our apartment is on the top floor and is really peaceful and we have tons of space and storage. I was surprised how much space we were able to find and so close to Downtown. I moved from Boston and thought I would miss it, but I have come to really enjoy living in Stamford. There is always something to do and great events Downtown.

great find in Stamford. i just happened to come across morgan manor on google and saw my studio that same week. i really wanted a wd and my studio comes with the added bonus of a wd and terrace. its not directly downtown but it only takes me about 10 minutes to walk to everything which was good enough for me. my studio is a decent size too. i have a queen size bed, full size couch and a love seat and everything fits well.
