Atrocious experience. I brought my Movado in for a watch battery replacement. When the watch was handed back to me, the entire face of the watch (internal) was damaged beyond repair. We addressed this with the staff and were met with accusations and some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They were adamant that it was impossible that this occurred from a watch battery replacement. When we flipped the watch over, we saw that they had scratched and damaged the back of the watch. Yet another testament to the negligent practices. When this was brought to their attention, they tried yet again to cover their tails and buffed the scratches out. When asking what could be done about the extremely damaged watch, we were told that it wasn't their problem, they thought it was a "defect from the manufacturer." Keep in mind, I have had this watch for 3 years and have taken it to multiple Movado dealers. This was never brought to my attention by any of these individuals. The damage to the face is so severe that you could see it from feet away. I find it incredibly remarkable that they would make such errant claims. The manager, Eddie, is remarkably rude. My husband called me to explain the situation and I asked if I may speak with the owner. He refused to speak with me for quite some time until I finally persuaded him. Throughout our entire conversation, he yelled and spoke to me like I was some type of idiot. At one point. I reminded him that we were both adults, that I had been nothing but kind in our conversation, and I would like to be treated with the same respect that I was extending to him. They refused to fix my watch and have damaged it beyond repair. I am absolutely heart broken that my college graduation present from my Mother was treated so poorly and that the company responsible not only took no responsibility but also treated my husband and I like garbage. Please do not use this company!

The worst customer service I ever experienced. I'veen a VIP customer for years, purchasing stuff at Pandora weekly. As a Pandora VIP client; I looked the best client services. The Pandora representative that talked to me; didn't look interesting to sell or help me find the necklace I was looking for. She was real short, I felt discriminated, unwelcome or judge if I was actually there to buy anything. I departed the store but, I decided to come back to the store and asked this representative to locate this necklace since, I'm in this area (town) as a tourist (I live in FLORIDA). She professed that she was contacting the Tyson Pandora mall for the necklace I want to purchase but, as I was expecting this representative got back to me, standing that she couldn't reach them!!!! I decided to get hold of the Tyson Pandora store myself and I was able to speak to them in less than 2 minutes. I went to Tyson mall, I was able to purchase the necklace I was looking for. ***** Pandora at Springfield mall, please get rid of all your stuff on the afternoon of 3/14/2017 or at least train them better, you never know with who you are trading with!!!! ------ [Don't judge people based on color, ethnicity., etc.] ----- this was the worst Experience and customer services I ever held!!!!!!! I will never go or recommend this Pandora Store to anyone ****

Low quality merchandise and customer service, I tried one of the ring with sapphire looks like its a used ring lot of scratches and not even cleaned and when i asked the guy there told me it's new but looks like that , what a joke he tried to lie but was not a good one ....be a way from that store.

I bought my wedding bands from this horrible place. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER. NEVER BUY Anything from them. Here is my experience They are RUDE AND not honest, they promised me that they will design my wedding ring the model I chose, I gave them the instruction how I wanted, then after I paid and went to pick it up, they said "No they can not, and they said that they told me from the beginning that they were going to try to do the design but if they could not it will stay like it is. Can you believe that? They are such a Liers. THEY NEVER TOLD ME THAT Where in the world you think when you buy your wedding bands and the seller tell you "we will try" You are going to be okay with an answer OF COURSE NOT If I hear that they will try simple I don't get anything from them and go to another Jewelers store to get the style that I want. AND BECAREFULL WITH their prices. They charged double, you can find cheaper than them. BAD Quality of their design.

Cheap quality and unprofessional customer service, after I bought a solitaire ring 1 ct and wanna to upgrade it from Kay's ends with low quality and overpriced by $1500. and when I went back to them they refuse even to talk to me. I filed a small claim against them cos I will not let them go with it.

very poor customer service, I went to change a product from them that I received as a gift and receipt because I had not wanted to change or give a credit .... and as the representative saw that I would not sell anything I just leave stands as a stupid and went to meet another person that if he was going to sell ... I felt super bad.
