My entire experience at 21st Century Auto Group was awesome! This was my first car buying experience so I was a little nervous but they made the process a breeze! I started by browsing their website until I found the perfect car for me. When I had questions but couldn't make it into the dealership they worked with me via email and gave me every answer I needed. They weren't pushy and didn't pressure me to buy before I was ready like some other dealerships I worked with. Their marketing specialist, Steffany, gave me quick responses but didn't bombard me. She referred me to Oscar in their sales dept who was very knowledgeable of the car I wanted. Oscar really listened to me and gave me a great offer. He informed me of all the accessories that already come standard with the car like a sunroof and leather seats!! Then he helped me chose some extra accessories so that I could keep my first car protected along with some that really make it personalized to exactly my preferences. The Finance Manager, Joe P., explained all the paperwork and really took the time to make sure I knew my options. This is a dealership I can trust! I look forward to servicing my car there and knowing that I'm a valued customer.

My expectations from a top quality dealership were met and excelled at the 21 Century dealership. I came across this dealership while searching for vehicles online. I called to check if the vehicle had been sold and because it hadn’t, I set up an appointment to meet with a staff member and look into a further purchase. My appointment was taken right on time and my salesman, Jeff was fantastic. A very polite young gentleman, never pushy and very easy to work with overall. The dealership itself is large and has beautiful inventory. Everything Is clean and the waiting area is very nice, with beverages and lots of tvs. Although the most important thing to me was the price and the car, it was nice to see that this dealership cares about its customers enough to accommodate them nicely. It didn’t take very much for me to realize that this was a great opportunity and that the price was unbeatable. I purchased a BMW 3 series 2007 for less then $16,000! I have mentioned this dealership to other women already who have asked me where I purchased my car and I would recommend it to others immediately.

I have been a loyal customer to 21st century auto group since the time they first opened up their building on route 22 in Springfield NJ. I have done business with so many different sales associates but it doesn't even matter because they are all great and pay close attention into all details. Most recently I dealt with Joe S and as always wasn't disappointed at all. This time I was there purchasing a car for my daughter who just recently turned 17 so I told him I needed something safe, fun, but still at a good price of course, he showed me the car that I was interest on (Volkswagen Passat) and some Nissans and Hondas he thought I would like. I ended up going with the Nissan they had just got in, and my daughter was super happy. and I was happy about the price I paid. His manager Jeff was able to get us down to the price I told him I wanted to pay and that made this deal with better! I am so happy that 21st century has never disappointed me and I will gladly keep going there for all of my car purchases .

I am a single mom of two boys. I am in college and I work full time. My 30th birthday is in four months. I have wanted a BMW since I was old enough to know what a BMW was. I found 21st century here on cars.com, called them and found out they had the car that had everything that I wanted. I sent in my info, got approved, took a test drive with Mike S., and with the help of his manager Danny was able to trade my honda civic for my beautiful amazing BMW 328 that I am in love with. Mike and Danny really worked with me and helped me. Not once was I made to feel bad for wanting to be in a certain price range. I expected that going to a BMW dealership would be like going to a party that I was not invited to. But this was the exception. And I will be a forever and loyal customer to 21st century auto group. Thank you so much for helping me achieve a goal and make a dream reality.

I have very positive experience in purchasing my car from 21 st Century Auto Group! Not my first car! The last one, my Honda Accord 2006, I bought from their new location at Springfield, New Jersey. What a show room, what a variety of cars! I am amazed how people on each step courteous and friendly! They listen to you and understand your concerns, respectful to you, to your budget. You don’t feel any pressure, they give you time “to sleep over” your choice before you make your decision. The finance manager helps you with issue that might be painful in other places. Having that great experience in the past I referred 21 st Century to my friend who was looking all over for affordable Honda suv, family car. She came back to me telling that her son checked some webs and found ugly reviews about this company.

I purchased a 2011 Chevy Cruze and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Not only because, I have a new car to drive that is way better on gas! Igor and the staff made the process so simple and easy. They cleaned and detailed the car to the point where you would not be able to tell it was previously owned. As soon as I walked into the place the atmosphere was so upbeat with how happy you can see all the workers are. They have beautiful fish that surround the dealership and beautiful waterfall that welcomes you as soon as you walk into the place. I did not feel pressured at all into my deal with them and will be purchasing a car thru them again in the future when the time comes.

My trip to 21st Century Auto Group can be expressed in 3 words: Amazing, Value, and most importantly Honest!!! Jeff and Diego are simply incredible to work with. They are straight shooters and only want to make their customers happy. Prices are super competitive and if you don't see a car on their lot that you like, they are more happy to help you find the car you want within your price range. So if you're looking for an used high-end car, I highly recommend you go to 21st Century Auto Group in Springfield NJ. They are easy going and will not pressure you into buying a car that you don't want. They only want to make you happy and I truly commend them for their values.

I recently purchased a 2013 Range Rover. The sales rep I dealt with was extremely helpful, well informed and very low key. At no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase. Eric offered me an excellent deal on a leftover 2013.The car is just what I wanted and the deal was too good to pass on. The finance guy Joe was also very pleasant person to deal with. I arrived 2 hrs early to pick up my car and Eric was very expeditious in getting me and my paperwork done quickly. He also was informative but, not pushy in offering me some added services for my vehicle. Overall I was extremely pleased with my experience at 21st Century Auto Group.

I stopped at this dealer while driving on Route 22 towards home and immediately felt comfortable with the salesman Steve. He was cordial and helpful. There was no pushing to get me to buy that minute. He answered all my questions, calmed my fear of buying and told me to come back when I was ready. When I arrived home I called him and gave him a deposit. From start to finish, Steve and the dealership staff was more than exceptional! If you are looking for a pleasant and different experience from regular car dealer tactics, this is your place to buy from. Ask for Steve when you call. He's a rare find in the world of car salespeople.

21st Century Auto Group had advertised a 2012 Honda Accord we had been searching for at an unbelievable price. After meeting with Danny and going over the vehicle specs we took it for a test drive. Danny was incredibly helpful and made the entire process seamless. Not only do we now have a fantastic and next to new car but we received a once in a lifetime deal that we are VERY satisfied with. The facilities are spotless and there are a lot of great cars on the lot. I would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a next to new or used vehicle.
