I used this company and they failed to follow the contract but cashed my check quickly. I tried to resolve the issue but they already had their money. They refused to make it right.

Asked them to kindly set my cart back in the grass instead of behind the vehicle so I didnt have to move it to leave. They told me I should find a different service. They missed my trash often. They have no customer service. Avoid these guys at all cost.

I had the same experience that others write of. I was paying my bill with auto deduct and out of the blue one day my roll out cart was missing. I never received any notice. Not a letter nor an email as they claimed. I had to pay what they said was unpaid and even then it was over a week for them to return my cart. of course I had to pay for the week I didn't receive service as well as clean up the trash the animals spread around since I didn't have a cart. now they haven't picked up this week, claiming it is due to snow. if school buses can run those big honkin trucks should be able to also. The people on the phone are very rude and unhelpful.

Never got my bill or my calls. Then was charged double to restart and told I was 3 months over due, when I had paid that bill. Never again.

Awful service. They have taken my trash cans twice since I moved even though my bill was paid. They were completely unhelpful when I needed something that wouldn't fit in the can taken. They wouldn't take it for an extra charge, so I ended up calling another company to take it. Customer service is terrible. I never had an issue with the old trash company that they bought out.

We have had Pendergrass for over 30 years,we've never had any issue, they are always on time every week. They are here on every holiday as well. They make their customers a priority! I would highly recommend this company.

Pendegrass. is wonderful. Half the price of other pick-ups and has never not picked up my trash, even when I have been late. Is always nice, friendly, and willing to work with u, no matter the pick-up I need. Glad I can help support a small business owner in this day and age!!

This company is buying up every small local trash business. When they do they omit to notify customers via the old company and then come remove your trash can when they cannot charge your bank account. They have done this to me 3 times now. I will drive my trash to the landfill before I ever have service with them!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service! Never follow thru with what they say. After a year still no payment book after more than 5 requests. Hateful and very unfriendly. I am refusing to pay further until the pick up regularly and consistantly.

This company is without a doubt the most incompetent bunch of idiots i've ever had the misfortune of dealing with i paid for 3 months of service up front they picked up my dumpster 2 times an then stopped i called multiple times explaining politely that our dumpster was not picked up they noted the account supposedly on 3 seperate occasions claiming it wouldnt happen again an then began putting the blame on us sayin that "they cant come pick it up because they have had to come back by our residence multiple times" only to correct their own mistakes i asked to cancel after one month due to the fact that my trash is full an still is sitting on the curb i canceled to weeks ago still havent gotten the refund i asked for i can certainly understand why this company has a 1.3 star rating on google i will be contacting the BBB.

The cost of trash pickup often depends on the size of the garbage container and whether the service is being handled by the city or a private company. The monthly rate for weekly pickup of a 48- gallon garbage container can run around $20 if this service is handled by a local municipality, while pickup for a 96-gallon cart can cost roughly $22. Rates are often higher when working with a private company.
A compost cart is used for the pickup of compostable items. The list of compostable items includes yard debris, such as branches and plant trimmings; a wide variety of food products, including everything from baked goods to poultry to fruits, grains, and sauces; non-recyclable paper products such as used paper plates and cups; and miscellaneous items, such as cotton balls, hair, and wooden toothpicks.

However, if you have more trash than you're able to fit into your trash container, some trash pickup companies will accept the trash if it is bagged and placed next to the full container. A 96-gallon container is large enough to meet the needs of the average family, and it's generally able to handle weekly collection cycles without overflow. This is the largest residential trash container that a garbage truck's automated side loader can accommodate.
Paint cans should not be placed in regular trash bins. Paint and paint thinners can be hazardous to the environment, and these items require special handling when it comes to disposal. If you have paint cans that need to be disposed off, call your trash pickup company to make special arrangement to have them removed.
