Really just had a screaming match with a "rep" from Mediacom. Not my fault your service sucks & works 10% of the time.. Also, not my fault that you're an uneducated sand-fck. Sorry that I pay for everything I own without government assistance so when my service NEVER works, yeah, that infuriates me.. it's MY hard earned money. I don't care what your deal is, NEVER raise your voice at someone who pays your paycheck. Without me, your job would be non existent. Go back to the middle east & build your sand castle since technology obviously isn't your forte. �������� I've been with the company for 6 months & because of THEIR employee not hooking my cable/internet up right, it's only had 10% signal strength. . But yet they're making me pay for a whole 6 months? It's not working YET again, THEY can't send someone out for 5 DAYS, and said they can only credit me for those days, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? ?? IVE CONSTANTLY ARGUED AND HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH YOU GUYS SINCE U BEGAN MY CONTRACT !!!!!!! WORST COMPANY EVER! !!!!!!!
