Got a fuse box instead of CHM. Once we got the CHM, the problem was still there. We spents days on this. I finally pulled a used one to see if the new one is bad and sure enough, it was bad. Customer said they rather keep used becuase they couldnt wait any longer without truck. They WILL not refund money at all. Im not mad about ALL the labor i lost, i just want to return this bad part. They got an attitude and said NOPE. I will tell my friends that use them and im sure they will close there account to. Horrible!!!

Purchased a new Victory, love the bike but no customer service after sale, kept getting told I'll call you back, I called Victory they took care of my issues both times in 15 minutes, and I purchased extended warranty direct from Victory , Overturf priced it at a ridiculous price, I won't be returning to Overturf!!!

Had the head replaced on 2010 Grand Caravan and 20,000 miles later, it looks like I am going to do have to do it again. Gary and the service team say it is out of their control. A new head (essentially a new motor) should last well beyond 20,000 miles. Do not purchase a car at this dealership and for the love of everything, do not get your car serviced there. Never again. Thank you for treating your customer like crap.

The experience of buying a vechile is very difficult and daunting, but the experience was made much worse at this dealership! On the evening I went to try and purchase a used vechile and getting preapproved for a specific vechile they encouraged me to look at, after I told them the specifics of what i was looking for! The salesman assured me that my loan was approved 95% certainity. Given a list of things to bring back the next day, which I obtained and provided the next day. This salesman was off that he communicated the night before and that the information provided him and loan approval would be on his desk for next salesman to work with! Upon coming back to the dealership, i worked with a salesman that stated he would help me, but had to leave in hour so later. I provided him all the information that was asked for, but made to wait for several minutes an when another salesman and asked me to provide him with the information that I was asked to give them. I told him that I had provided them to the second saleman working with me, but he stated they didnt have them andd continued asking for each piece of info that I had already provided. Upon arrival they foundout that morning I had not been approved, but failed to tell me till later in the day. They stated i would neeed a cosigner now. Not only then they gave me another salesmen and very inattenative or helpful. Waited several hours to get approved with a cosigner! Had to return the next 2 or 3 days to give them the indo again. I would never encourage anyone to come hear for a car purchase, instead I will discourage eveyone from going there. Worst car experience ever. Dont ever go to this dealerahip, alot of the saleamen here are egotistical as well.

Everything went good until the financing step. The guy was pushy to sell the extended warranty and gap coverage. He did not tell me pricing or how long he extended my payment plan, only that my payments wouldn't increase. He said it would cover everything, but failed to give me that in writing. Follow up calls didn't happen, return phone calls didn't happen, very upset over deal!

Please do not shop here. Their service department lacks knowledge and is dishonest. Never have parts in stock and are way over priced. The people on the sales floor never approach you to ask if you need help, maybe that is why they always look empty. Worst shop ever.
