Horrible!! Paid for a manicure with shellac, which they didn't do!! Was told to come back and they will fix with shellac. Went back the following week in my lunch hour, they were to busy to fix the problem and was told I could come back another time. Since then I have broke my nonshellaced nails. Went in today to see if instead of waiting until my nails grow back if I could just get a pedicure and was told would have to pay for pedicure. I asked if could just go ahead and get a refund and was told no and they would not give a manicure now either!!!! Then the man walked away and completely ignored me, even though I was asking him questions so i could get this resolved!!!! I will never go back!!

Ellenburg's Radiator & Auto Repair
My regular mechanic was booked until Thursday so I decided to have my car towed to Ellenburg's I figured it would be either the starter or the alternator ( an easy fix). Later on during work I received a call from an Ellenburg’s employee. He proceeded to tell me that my guess was correct, it was my starter. He then went on to let me know that It would be $412.09 . I asked him to repeat the amount, just to be clear on what I had heard. I've made this repair before, and it was never that much. Once I got off the phone with Ellenburg's I called my usual mechanic and asked him for a quote on the repair. The range given to me by my usual mechanic was including parts was less than what I was told Ellenburg's charged for parts. I called Ellenburg's back and asked for a breakdown of the price and was told that the part itself was originally over $300, but because of a discount he gets it wasn't quite that much. He then went on to say that the rest was made up of taxes/fees and the $100/hour rate he charges. Apparently my questions about MY CAR upset the employee, who then threatened to revoke his imaginary discount and charge even more if I didn't "quit it". When I asked what he was referring to he said my" questioning him". I reminded him that I am entitled to ask about MY car. During his threat he mentioned that he gets his parts from O'reilly's Auto Parts and offered to give me the part number to verify, which he actually never did. I decided to take matters into my own hands and Not only check O'reill'ys online, but call into 3 of their stores( one of which was the specific store they do business with) and confirmed that the most expensive starter that ANY O'Reilly's carries, that would fit my car, only comes to $207.99 at the most. I was charged over $300 for a part that was less than $210. This is the same discounted part that he says list price was over $300 for. Furthermore, I have never heard of ANYONE ever charging over $400 just to change a starter.

Pauls Garage
Paul and his staff have always been very professional. They are very reasonable with their prices. And they have dropped everything to help me when I was in a bind. If you want a mechanic who will give you the honest truth, without trying to up-sell.... It's Paul.

Law Automotive
Not really trustworthy, they don't even bother to return your call. And they tell you not to worry that if they can't do the work they will be able too suggest someone who will but you have to just move on and find someone who will do what they say they will do.

Not impressed by this business. There is a billboard in the city that makes me question their professionalism.

Planet Travel Group Inc
I was made aware of a bad review from this business and feel as if I need to give my opinion of our relationship. Again, I would not do this. I am to busy to waste my time. Thai kitchen II on Chatham road contacted me to do their sign. the owners /phone and her husband are good people. The food is awesome. we agreed on a price I beat the competitors. Then I get a call from Planet Travel stating they do Thai kitchen II's books.because supposedly they are CPA'S also. They stated the owners were out of town on vacation in Thai Land and since they did their books they noticed they paid alot of money to cordeam plaza to not tow customers vehicles. (Shaners Towing). They wanted to charge Thai for parking in their lot not cordems and ordered directional signs to park on their parking lot right behind Thai II. They also said they were going to pay for them.I do not do third party billing.I met with the Secretary. Then some attorney that works their ( I will not mention names) He showed me where to put the signs because of property lines, I also have all the emails.Prices were agreed on and very reasonable. No deposit was taken.after three months with no payment, Phone calls where made. Don was hung up on only after I said I will be right there.I repossessed the signs. they paid not one penny, yes I was upset, He looked me in the eyes and stated he never ordered the signs and never spoke to me. I do not like lairs. We all have good days and bad days. I just had another customer bounce a $6,000 check.I do not want to speak ill of a business. But, He is either a liar or a very forgetful man.Who I would not trust filling my taxes. He has met me twice, He also does not remember me meeting him 6 yrs ago when Stephanie was his office manager. What a Joke.I wish I had an accountant this forgetful.Any questions:Rob P.Next Day Sign Company217.529.5995
