Tidal Wave USA
I can not believe that the actual owner is on site during the week to make sure that everything is running smoothly and the customers are happy. He even told me that he even aswers the phone himself after dark. Not a machine or even some answering service. The actual owner! If that's not service then I don't know what is. He also is the an excellent detailer. I had made a mistake of driving my new black Ford F-150 through one of the other washes with brushes. What a mistake. I had light scractches all down both sides of my truck. But after spending a day in the Tidal Wave detail shop my truck is new again (if not better than when I drove it off the lot.)

CAR Clinic
I visited Car Clinic after several recommendations, and was not disappointed. I brought in my Honda Pilot with an unusual problem - the key was getting stuck and not turning in the ignition. Neil took a quick look and gave me the options and a quote. After getting the part in and taking it apart, Neil dicovered he could rebuild the current ignition and save me $200 (and the hassle of having to use a new key.) Any mechanic could have pocketed the difference, but Car Clinic operates their garage with integrity. Since then, I have had them change my oil and brake pads, and was just as happy with that service. I will happily give them my business again!

Northwest Tire Service, Inc.
Mr. Rick and his crew have taken care of me for over 3 years now. Formerly with my pathfinder and now my van. He has ensured my family's safety and overseen the fine details of keeping my vehicle in excellent condition. Very fair in prices and the service is personalized, keeping you updated through the whole process. My last visit with the pathfinder, I thought i had bad swaybars. It turned our my frame was holding together by a thread. I was able to go get a new vehicle thanks to Mr. Rick. He was upfront and honest that it wasn't repairable and directed me to a well trusted auto dealership. THANK YOU for being there for my family and our safety!

Tidal Wave USA
My son had a horrible stomach bug, which decided to manifest itself while going 70 on Hwy 49. I'll spare the details, but it was bad. Tidal Wave USA not only completely removed the stains and smells, but they offered a detox shampoo to make sure it's clean. The price was reasonable, and when we picked up the truck it was like new. In fact, it looked BETTER than it did when we drove it off the lot. I already plan on going back for tinting and to detail my other car. Amazing place!

Heating & Air Solutions NWA
What an experience! I was having a hard time figuring out a decent company to fix my AC unit. I just turned it on since warm weather is on its way and it wouldn't work! I called two of the "major" heating and air companies but they were expensive and couldn't get to me soon enough. I came across this company on Google and they came out same day, fixed my problem and didn't leave me with empty pockets. I feel so blessed to have found them!

Seeburg Service Center
Employees at Seeburg Muffler and Brake were very nice and helpful. I went there on a Saturday in order to get my oil changed at the last minute. My wait was not that long and while I was waiting one of the employees initated a conversation with me, which helped the time pass by even faster. Overall, I would recommend them for their knowledgable, fast, and friendly service.

CAR Clinic
these folks are honest and down to earth. they gave me options and helped me prioritize things that needed to be fixed. i got quotes from other places who used fear to push sales. car clinic didn't do that at all. i appreciate the honesty and the options. i will continue to take my business to the car clinic for as long as they are in business.

Precision Tune Auto Care
Honest and reliable to a fault! I was referred by a friend two years ago and will never take my cars any where else! They give accurate estimates and twice have come in at less then half their initial estimate when they discovered it was something cheaper and easier then initially diagnosed. I TRUST these men, and I'm paranoid as Hell!

WONDERFUL!!
Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
