I first came to them when my starter died on me after I had it replaced a few months before from a different shop.Luckily for me that shopped had closed for that week n I was near Discount Auto Clinic (DAC) so I had it tolled there. I have to say they do honest quality work n not lie about things to make a profit out of me like some places I know. Later my car engine light came on, and I had DAC fix it as well but for some reason it appeared again after a few days. When I brought it back they admit it could have been their mistake that the pipe or line cracked so they fixed it at no cost to me!!! I really applaud them for being so honest and not scam me out of more money. There are so much more I would like to praise them for but I think it's getting long but I assure u they are the most honest by far that I've been to.

I have to say I was staring down the barrel of some bad news I received from my last oil change. I came to this business only as I was driving by because I loved the clean way it appeared on the corner of the street. Met Scott the owner behind the counter and right away he asked me some questions and with his help discovered I needed to get a second opinion. I must say, I am SO glad. it was NO WHERE near what I had originally thought. I am so grateful and he worked with me on cost and everything. Guys listen the business is FAMILY owned and operated. Nothing but the BEST in customer service, Honesty, Really gets you feeling GREAT about car issues and repair. Please check them out!!!!!!! I love them! I will use ONLY them and suggest them to EVERYONE I know!!!!!!

I just wanted to copy my exact review I posted on Google days ago. ---> " I have been coming here for years, even though I've moved twice. I still drive out of my way to come here. They will never try to convince you to do unnecessary work and they are always straightforward with you. I just came in today because of a loud sound in my door's auto-lock function. They spent over an hour pulling off the cover and they didn't have the part and they had to order it. I should have paid for the labor but they said don't worry about it. This just reinforces my opinion of this business. If you've been treated wrong at another place, I encourage you to stop in and just see why this business is called "Service First" !!! "

First off I, would like to say that Fesler's Finest Automotive has alway's made customer satisfaction priority. After 18 years in business Fesler's has made a lot of repair's and a lot of friends along the way. As far as the complaint goes, Im sorry for his trouble, but the fact is the car was not leaking oil from the gasket (that he supplied) after the work was done. Also a grinder was never used to remove the old gasket. The leak we saw was coming from the power steering. Had the vehicle been leaking oil from the repair we made the vehicle would not have left the shop. If in fact it was leaking from the same place he should have brought it back for us to see, or at least have us go to the other shop to see it.

Third times a charm... After going to the first two mechanic shops and I felt I was being taken advantage of I stumbled on this one. Like I say when life throws you a curve ball God straightens it out. Suffice as to say, my car was a lemon from day 1... and they fixed all my problems. Mainly because they took the time to listen. In fact since they fixed it I haven't had any more issues. So now I just go there for routine service. I told some of my friends about my experience and they started going to him too... they were impressed as well. Thanks Elad

I've taken my wife's Tiguan to Sean for years and always received great service at honest prices. However, this most recent time my wife's vehicle was returned to us with a part missing that Sean insists was not present at the time of service and said that I would need to order and pay for a new part. I'm sure Sean has his side to this, but he did his talking through his scheduler and his message was clear; he would not even consider my side. As a result, I will not continue doing business here and now have no trustworthy business to service my VW.

I originally had a terrible experience when it came to this place. I reached out to the company and they swiftly took care of my problem. I was given poor customer service by a few individuals but mainly one woman. The company reviewed the tapes and saw what she did and took care of them. They personally apologized on the phone and told me that they do not tolerate that kind of behavior. Now they make sure to "roll out the red carpet" for me on my next visit. I couldn't feel more like a valued customer and this is how customer service should be.

Charged me $130.00 to take the deck off. (10 minute job max. 10 minutes to put back on) Changed the belt that I went and got for them. (They said they needed the space in the shop and if they ordered it, it would take 2 days) Did clean the deck off and lube all joints. Charged me $10.77 tax. There is NO TAX ON LABOR! Changing a belt is no challenge. I thought it would be better in the interest of time. Boy was I wrong. If you use these "good 'ol boys", be prepared to pay. They got me for $140.00 but it will be the last $$$ they get.

I was very disappointed with the second service. They fixed a coil and told me two others that were faulty. I was told the numbers of the two faulty coils over the phone. But when I went in I was given a quote to replace the five remaining coils and the wouldn't tell me which two coils were faulty. The second service was increased $114 and I was not told about the increase until I was there to pick up the car. They replaced a headlight that went out again the next day. So that means another $114 service charge. Be aware of this shop.
