The quality keeps going down. The roast beef is sometimes so tough it is not possible to eat. They are always out of steak knifes when I go through the line. They no longer have butter on the serving line so you have to wait until seated and a server comes to your table just to get a packet of butter. I used to go here weekly, now monthly, and soon yearly.
