Used their services since 2009 then on 2/15/17 they broke my blacktop driveway. They took pictures and said their maintenance dept would fix it. Called for a week and 1/2 before talking to the owner Niles who stated that he repaired the driveway before. Never happened because it never was broke. Niles stated he would be out in a week. Have not heard from him since. Nor has he ever came out.

Clean Team Plumbing
I hired clean team for a repipe and they did an excellent job! The guys were super clean and very polite and the ladies in the office were very helpful and professional. The guy who came out to give an estimate for the job was so professional and explained everything so well that I would hire them again! I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs work done, especially a repipe because they are the best in town!

Clean Team Plumbing
I hired this company to install gas gage and get everything ready for city inspector gas test. I paid them for the services and the inspection was scheduled for the next day. The Inspection didn't pass. Clean Team said they would come out the next day. I was stood-up. They said they were finishing up a job and would come the next day. Well, again I was stood-up. This went on for almost two weeks. I missed work every time they said they were coming out. They are not dependable. They no longer cared about my job because they had already been paid. I will never hire them again.

Stripes
**BUYER BEWARE** NEVER BUY A STRIPES MONEY ORDER OR RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY!I have been trying for over 4 months to get an uncashed $250.00 money order payment returned to me from Stripes.I have heard promises of BUT, 4 MONTHS LATER I STILL HAVE NO PAYMENT AND NOW THEY DON’T RESPOND TO CALLES OR EMAILS. And the funny thing ALL of my other mail gets here with NO issues! I have no choice now but to begin a campaign exposing this fraud by Stripes both on line and other channels. I have given you every opportunity to make this right and all I have gotten is lies. I am of the thought one call should have resolved this matter. However, to date I have over 8 calls and 5 emails and still not resolved AND YOU STILL HAVE MY $250.00! ***DON’T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!*** ***BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!****

Sears Appliance and Hardware Store
This store has the best collection of nuts. bolts, screws, washers, etc. in the area. I restore old motorcycles and have many times found exactly what I needed here. The gentlemen who have helped me during my past few visits have been patient and friendly. This is one of my favorite stores in the NW Houston area and I would recommend to anyone in search of an ample hardware selection.

Sears Appliance and Hardware Store
I hate that I even have to give this horrible place one star! I will never purchase another thing from Sears! I bought a washer, dryer and refrigerator 2 days ago. The dryer showed up with dents in the side, the refrigerator had a broken wheel, and the washer needs a new agitator. The soonest I can get anyone out to my home to fix anything is in three days, and I can't get the parts delivered for seven days! Completely unacceptable service seeing as I just spent a lot of money with this company and I haven't been able to use any of the appliances. If you're considering buying anything from here, DON'T!****UPDATE****I've been sitting at my house for an hour now for a technician that supposedly showed up. I've been told now that I've missed my appointment and can't reschedule until Friday. I'M RETURNING EVERYTHING. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! I HATE THIS COMPANY! I've emailed both people that have asked me to, and gotten no help! This is the WORST experience I've ever had!

Hildebrandt Plumbing Co
Way overpriced for a simple repair,, doesn't give you a breakdown or a bid price says "around 400 dollars for one hour work . This job was bid by another plum for 125. Less than 5 dollar in materials....be ware of risk guy.
Tips & Advices
Water leakage is usually caused by a blockage of the defrost drain by food or debris. The ensuing overflow can leak inside the refrigerator or outside. This problem is often an easy DIY fix--just clean the debris away. If you cannot locate it, it could be a clog of the system and might require a technician.
The most common cause of a refrigerator running is a faulty seal, usually on the door, allowing a constant flow of warm, humid air into the unit. To combat the warm air, the refrigerator’s cooling system kicks in and might stay on. This can cause strain on the cooling unit, not to mention higher utility bills.
The most common reason an ice maker stops making ice is a faulty water supply line. The most likely culprits are the supply line being frozen, broken, disconnected, or the filter being clogged, which prevents water from passing through.
The most common refrigerator maintenance issue is the most obvious: The refrigerator isn’t cold enough. Next is a faulty ice maker, the refrigerator not functioning at all, the unit is making strange noises, and the dispenser units are not dispensing water and/or ice.
Frost buildup in the freezer is a result of warm, humid air entering the freezer and then freezing. It could be as simple as frequent opening and closing of the door, or a faulty door seal allowing air to flow in. If those are not the issues, the automatic defrost system might be malfunctioning and require servicing.
