Perich Eye Center
My elderly mother was diagnosed by her PCP with shingles on her face around her eye. So he sent us Ms Shah's practice. This office saw us right away which was really great. We saw a very personable man who is only there a couple days a month (his name is either Bill or Bob). He too immediately said it was shingles and he started writing out a prescription for her and all of her instructions as well as making notes in her chart. But later that day she started getting extremely nauseous. I wasn't sure if it was the medication he put me on or not. So I called the office back the next day right when they opened (in fact I ended up calling twice because my mom was so miserable and no one was calling us back) so I could talk to someone about the possibility of changing my mom's meds or dosage. He wasn't there but Ms Shah was. She called back at the end of the day and told my mom to stop the medication and go back on the antibiotic eye drops the walk in clinic gave her for pink eye (which she definitely did not have). My mom was very sick so talking to Ms Shah was a little confusing to her (you know how fuzzy your mind is when you are in severe pain and you're nauseous on top of it). However this woman who has never met my mother nor saw what her face looked like, decided to take her off shingles medication and put her on pink eye medication. There are a couple different known medications for shingles and I was hoping she would change my mom's meds to one of those. I called my mom's PCP back and they changed her medication. Don't bother with these people. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. All she had to do was read my mom's chart to see her diagnosis and know that she didn't have pink eye

Heinecke Family Dentistry
To respond to Fred Beers review. He was a patient in our office just this last week. Unfortunately he had decided that he was going to not enjoy his visit from the moment he walked into the office. As you can see in his review, he mentions the lack of 'rinsing facilities'. We offer two bathrooms to all of our patients, however we do not offer cuspidors on our chairs as this was deemed unsanitary due to the danger for increased amounts of harmful aerosols (we use high volume and low volume suctions instead). Mr. Beers was in the office for a full exam, radiographs, and cleaning and his appointment was slated for 1 hour as is customary. He was actually in the treatment room for longer than 1 hour. I'm glad that he did not 'feel' his cleaning, as it is not required to hurt someone to clean their teeth most of the time, and it speaks to his level of oral hygiene that we were able to complete the cleaning thoroughly without harming him. I am sad that he was dissatisfied, but all of our attempts to make him happier failed. I hope he finds a dentist in town that is to his standards. As for up to date...we offer the latest in tech including digital radiographs, digital impressions, and metal free restorations. This review, although lengthy, was my only way that yellow pages has allowed me to respond to this slanderous review from an unhappy individual. We would love for you to try us for your next dental appointment. I assure you that we will do our best to make your experience wonderful any way that we can.

Heinecke Family Dentistry
First time visit.Had Xrays,Exam and teeth cleaning. It only took about 5 minutes for the actual cleaning.Normaal every time I have ever had my teeth cleaned it took 20 minutes or more.Doctor Ashley did the cleaning if thats what you want to call it.I don' feel she covered every in my month.could hardly feel anything when she was cleaning them. After the cleaning there was no rinse to spit out anything. She then handed me over to a Dental assistant to flossed and applied the whitner procedure. She handed me the suction tube and told me when to use it.After she was done with her procedure she squirted water into my mouth and told me to suction the the out.Still no rinse cups available.Several times I had to swallow during all the procedures,as there was no cups or rinse facilities available next to where I was laying. In all my years fof going to different Dentists I have never been to one out of date and would not recommend Heinecke Family Dentistry to anyone. I just hope all of Spring Hill or Brooksville Fl are not the same,as I look for a Dentist who is more up to date in their procedures.

Access Healthcare
Note: Dr. Masood does not seem to be associated with Access Healthcare. As far as I know he does not practiced at the Access Healthcare location near the intersection of Spring Hill Dr. and Highway 19 (Commercial Drive). I suspect that Mr. Bob Hively's review is mistakenly placed under Dr. Singh's listing. Maybe Mr. Hively can confirm this. I do see that Dr. Masood DOES have an address on Spring Hill Drive but it is between the intersections of Deltona Blvd and Waterfall Dr with SHD at 14690 Spring Hill Drive.I have been a patient of Dr. Singh at this main address for Access Healthcare since September 2007. I have no other connection to him or his healthcare organization other than the fact that I am a patient. Dr. Singh has done a lot for the medical community in Hernando and Citrus county. He is friendly, and seems to truly care about his patients. In my book he and his organization are first rate. Abskhroun, Hany H, MD
I have been seeing Dr. Abskhroun for many years now. He is the best doctor I ever had. Always helpful in any questions I have. He takes the time to find out what is wrong and why. He does NOT take 3 minutes like other doctors just to get to as many patients as possible, instead he takes his time and is very precise . His staff is always polite, waiting time is excellent, 5min- 25min not like others that over book and make you wait for an hour or two. He is our PCP for all my family and everyone has only good things to say about him. I do not understand people that can say anything negative about Dr. Abskhroun. When I am there I only see satisfied patients coming out. Talking in the waiting room with others (although you do not wait long as I mentioned before I would say an average of 15min) You can only hear good thing about Dr. Abskhroun.

This doctors office is not what you would expect if you are looking for a down to earth, friendly, communicative primary care doctors office. I got the impression early that this office is not about quality medical care. I was left to get severely acute anemia before this doctor referred me to a real professional doctor. This doctor didn't bother to tell me that my blood tests were indicating that there was something wrong. The nurse who orders the prescriptions, well she could never get it correct. Two months in a row of phone calls and a letter sent requesting proper meds and dosages she still was unprofessional and lacking in medical standards and could not or WOULD not get it correct. I would not recommend this office to anyone who is sick.

Smile Design Dentistry
This office was recently taken over by the best staff and Dr. in Spring Hill in April of 2012. The person who thinks its a scam should do some research and not just assume just because he didn't get his bloody cleaning something must be wrong and instantly its a scam. There is plenty of research to support the type of cleaning you were diagnosed with. So don't be ignorant and don't blame anyone but yourself. The type of cleaning you needs starts at home with your own personal care...so it must not be that great!!!!!!! And just because you have insurance doesn't mean you going to get just what is covered. I have gone there several times and thank god they are a new Dr and staff.

Kroll, Brian C, MD
Love Him! Finally a Dr that will talk to me like a real person. He listens to my concerns and is on top of whats going on with treatment options. He doesnt dismiss my issues nor does he try to push prescriptions to cover the ailment...He actually gets to the source of the problem! I have been going to him for 2 yrs but wish it were longer cause hes made a world of difference in my health and life. The staff is always friendly - they know me by name/face even though I only go a few times a year. I have recommended him to several friends and family members and they say the same thing and actually thank me for telling them about him. Hands down I highly recommend him!

Santa-Cruz, Raymond A, DDS
I have nothing but praise for this dentist. I am so glad I found him as he is very gentle with the needle and very careful and thoughtful in his work. I have had extensive work done by him so far and am still in the process of having 2 more crowns. The only problem at times is that he might be over-booked but in any case, he is totally worth the wait! I have a fear of dentists because of bad experiences but I feel very safe and confident in his care. On top of it all, Dr. Santa Cruz served our country in the Navy and is currently serving in the Reserves!

Aspen Dental
Went in for a second opinion and loved the frankness, honesty and all the options I was given! Dr. Lee "LISTENED TO ME" - and I will be a patient forever!!! The entire staff is professional in a casual, friendly way and I enjoyed everyone.I like that EVERYTHING is done there, extractions, cleaning, etc.I expected, after the extractions to be miserable - on the contrary - it wasn't bad at all. Liked it there sooooo much - I have both my sons going there too!I highly recommend Aspen Dental.
Tips & Advices
  • If a tooth decays and the nerves or pulp (soft internal tissue which helps teeth develop) become inflamed or infected
  • If a tooth is cracked or broken and nerves are exposed
This generally depends on any specific issues you wish to address with your teeth. There are toothpastes designed to whiten teeth, fight cavities, decrease sensitivity, prevent bad breath, resist gingivitis, and those specific to children (with lower fluoride content). There are also toothpastes that offer “complete” protection by combining aspects of many of the above toothpastes.
It’s recommended to get a professional cleaning at least two times per year.
  • Desensitizing toothpaste numbs the nerves in the teeth that can cause discomfort.
  • Mouth guard can protect against grinding teeth during sleep.
  • Fluoride treatment can be applied by dentists to sensitive areas to numb teeth and strengthen enamel.
  • Root canal can treat problems in a tooth’s core.
  • Surgical gum graft where a piece of gum tissue is removed from a section of the mouth to cover an exposed root.
Not everyone needs to have their wisdom teeth removed, but there are certain signs that can help you and your doctor determine if yours should be:
  • Wisdom teeth are pushing other teeth around, causing pain and misalignment
  • Cysts form around newly emerged wisdom teeth, causing jaw damage
  • Gums get inflamed and swollen, causing cavities and pain
  • Doctor determine from x-rays that wisdom teeth will cause problems in the near future

Just a moment...
