Randy's Tires & Wheels
Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever encountered. I have to give one star just to leave a review. I would like to give -5 stars! Rude and foul mouthed. Was going to make me sit in his cold disgusting room for 5 hours to wait for my tires to get mounted. Refused to let me leave my car there and come back when it was finished!! HIGHLY ADVISE NOT TO DO BUSINESS AT THIS NASTY SHACK SORRY EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS!!

Payfair Tire
I've been looking for some special tires for my corvette. All the other dealers told me that it would be 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. I called PAYFARE TIRE and they told me that they had to order them but, they would there that day so I left Moses Lake and by the time I got to Spokane, not only were my tires there but at a more affordable price than all of the major dealers. Thank you PAYFARE TIRE for not only being on time but, also affordable. See you next time I need some tires. Thanks,

My vehicle was sliding sideways on the icy roads. Les Schwann found what was wrong with my vehicle and fixed it the same day for less than $200! Thanks Guys!

Randy's Tires & Wheels
Cheap and fast. They clean the corrosion off old wheels that can lead to a rim leak, No frills like a waiting room but I didn't wait.

Clark's Tire & Automotive
I brought my Honda in for brakes and am very happy about my experience. They came back from test driving after installing new brakes and said they still felt something shimmy, could I wait and let them diagnose it. I had another appointment so I told them I would come back. At first, I didn't feel the shimmy but began noticing it after some hard driving. I brought it back to them and they inspected it further finding a faulty rotor which they ordered and installed it at no extra charge. Thank you for pointing it out before I left. You guys are a true neighborhood shop. Thanks for your excellent service.

Patriot Automotive
Unprofessional is an understatement. They destroyed the engine in my blazer with a negligent replacement of it's oil lines; and refused to own up to their terrible work. Their mark up over retail on parts is over 400%. The end bill is always higher than quoted, and "repairs" tend to take far longer than projected as well.

Affordable Tire
If I could give this place a 0 rating I would, I decided on this place since they had the cheapest mounting and balancing to get my summer tires on and they didn't bother to check my summer tires before starting and once they almost finished, they realized that my tires had too little tread for them to allow me to drive out. So now I've WASTED 2 hours, wasted $90 and I leave with the same winter tires I came with, absolutely ridiculous! I'm the customer and I shouldn't be responsible for knowing the legal tread on my tires, they were obviously at fault and I shouldn't have to pay a penny for this terrible service, or should I say no service at all since nothing was actually achieved in the 2 wasted hours. Don't get scammed like me, beware it's not worth the chance of saving a few dollars to take the risk of getting this kind of service.

They broke the trunk latch on my scion tc and refused to fix it because it is "too expensive" they have been reported to the BBB. BEWARE!
Tips & Advices
Yes. New tires purchased online can often be priced lower than ones at a tire dealership. Buyers can often avoid state sales taxes and locate hard-to-find tire styles and sizes, but will still have to locate a local tire installer and pay sometimes high shipping costs.
The average cost of a set of new tires is $637, with a range of between $525-$725. In addition, installation includes mounting and balancing, alignment, and disposal of old tires.
The vehicle is raised and the old wheels are removed, then the old tires are removed from the wheels. The lug nuts, wheels, and valve stems are inspected and replaced as needed. The new tires are mounted and sealed, then inflated and balanced. The wheels are then replaced on the car. The average installation takes approximately 45 minutes.
Agencies such as the Tire Industry Association promotes tire safety through advocacy and education to the industry including: manufacture, sales, repair, service and recycling. Seek a full-service tire dealer who carries a wide variety of tire types and brands and asks about the type of driving you normally do.
  • Move your car to a safe location.
  • Turn on your car’s safety lights, apply the parking brakes and remove the hubcap if there is one.
  • Loosen the lug nuts with a lug wrench (but do not remove them), raise the vehicle with a jack and then fully remove the lugnuts.
  • Remove the flat tire and replace it with the spare tire.
  • Tighten the lug nuts by hand, lower the car and then tighten them fully with the lug wrench.
