Andy Cline & Agency are dishonest from the get go. I had nothing but problems with them since he took the agency over. They don't even get a one star. Christina gave me a six month quote and then they charged me way more then what I was quoted. ( The ole bait and switch game!) They did this to me not once but twice. I emailed and spoke with her and then Andy did his little song and dance about oh insurance rates went up and we notified you of the increases & then accused me of not getting the notices when I had contacted Christina each time. Every time she assured me the billing on my next billing would be what she quoted but the first payment had to be over the top of what I was quoted then it would go down to what she quoted me. I contacted her each time and nothing but more bs. Then when I switched to an honorable agency and called Christina for their fax number to fax in my cancellation she gave me an Idaho phone number and not the fax number. How immature.

We called for a simple quote and discovered their rates seemed very low. A few days later, someone from their company was walking through our yard and taking pictures, in spite of "no trespassing" signs and with no previous notice or arrangements made that they would be coming. After calling to complain, they decided the rates would be significantly higher for no other reason than the agent's assistant (Amanda) had "forgotten some things". Very petty, unprofessional, and disorganized.

Its been over 4 months on my claim. still no help from my insurance Geico. The other guys insurance called me to see if i needed any help paying for repairs. Do not buy insurance from Geico they wont even help you. Now i have to get an attorney. this company is a joke.

There as so many things that this agency do very well, but the thing I like the most is their attention to detail SERVICE AND PRICE. Thye utilizes many different tools to better connect with thier clients - and I think that is another trait that separates them from other insurance agents. If you are looking for insurance, or if you are a small business owner and want advice on how to grow & market your business, They are a great resource and agent!!!!
