Lex and Marvin are the most honest mechanics in the greater Spokane area, don't let the tiny shop fool you, these two can fix most anything, and "won't fix it unless it's broke", I take both my rigs in for regular maintenance and repairs, and have been very happy with their services for the last several years that I've been going there. Honest work, honest prices, and great deals on tires, they beat Costco prices for quality and service. They keep my rolling.

The guys at this shop did an awesome job with our 2012 Chevy PU. I had an Alpine large screen radio from another vehicle and they had to do a custom install and it looks fantastic.

Bills Auto Parts
I usually would not write a review. My name is Tom Fowler and I drove a great distance to Bills . I was deeply impressed by the service and staff. My part was in stock and delivered as promised . They took EXTRA care to make sure it was loaded and gave me great directions for my trip home I drove all across Washington to get to Bill's and I would gladly do it again

Bought oil change for life and they are slow! Try to make things up that are wrong with your car and charge a ridiculous amount! Don't waste your time or money!

Ed's Premier Auto Body
Every other body shop wanted over $500 to repair a botched scratch repair. Ed's buffed it out in less than two minutes and didn't charge us. I feel I must tell people how great that felt.

Bills Auto Parts
The guys at Bill's are all amazing. I needed to find an almost impossible to find transmission for my husbands truck. I called and they actually found me one. After a huge shipping incident the trans arrived broken. Well I called them back and that same day they actually located another one for me. This time they helped me by arranging the shipping for me and had it shipped to their shop. It was such a great experience working with these guys! Trust me when I say its not easy for a woman that knows absolutely nothing about mechanics and they treated me with respect! I would and WILL recommend them to anyone I know in the future. Thank you all for your help!

Really regret bringing my Titan in to the body shop here. They fixed the obvious damage but the truck runs worse than ever. The transmission is slipping or something idk what they did. I drove it 800+ miles after I wrecked it and the tranny did not slip once. Many other little things they missed or messed up. Not worth it!!
Tips & Advices
Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
