In regards to the review about daughter being left waiting I would like to add that sometimes unforseen things happen as they did with tow that was scheduled before his daughters. Due to a ownership dispute over vehicle we were hired to move our driver had to ask for police assistance therefore our driver had to wait until they show causing him to be put behind schedule. What her dad didn't know before writing the review was that we informed his daughter of the delay asked her if it would cause any problems by arriving later she assured us she was fine, at her home & it was no problem at all if it was we would of sent another truck out for her. Customer Satisfaction is what's most important to Pacific Towing & we will go above & beyond for our companies which most towing companies will not do. Sincerely, Rosa McGuire, Pacific Towing, Operations Manager

Spokane Quick Lube
I've known for awhile that my belts needed to be replaced, but I haven't had anyone point out just how bad they were until I went to the Spokane Quick Lube on Division for a routine oil change. They immediately showed me the numerous cracks in the rubber, as well as how bad my transmission fluid was (like dark brown with metal flecks bad). Since I had read the horrible reviews on here, I watched every move they made and they did everything with the utmost professionalism. Shout out to Jeremy P. for giving me great deals, reducing my total cost by over 60%. Just in case, I had him sign a paper confirming the warranty and got his full name. Cover your butts people and be smart consumers. Will go here again!

Spokane Quick Lube
i think all the guys at division are very helpful. I used to go to jiffy lube and after going to S.Q.L. on division i will never go any outher place. The manager is a fellow named john which is a great team leader and really knows his stuff! I' not sure how much he make for wages but i am pretty sure he deserves a raise. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK JOHN AND CREW AND I WILL SEE YOU IN 2500 MILES

Frank's Towing
I will make this my go to place when I need a tow. I am a busy lady and he was right on it with a short wait time and the ability to answer my ridiculous car related questions while prepping my car for tow. Hella good experience. Highly recommended.

Tips & Advices
You should change your oil filter whenever you change your oil, that is, approximately every 7,500 miles.
A oil filter is a device that helps remove contaminants from motor oil as it passes through the engine. A pump pushed the oil through the filter where it is strained and goes back to the engine.
High-mileage oil contains special conditioners that are said to help prevent gaskets from drying out and thus preventing leaks. This can be beneficial to engines with many miles on them.
Synthetic oil costs more than conventional oil, but the price is offset by the need for less frequent oil changes due to the oil’s durability.
Tools needed to change your own oil include jack stands or ramps, a wrench, an oil filter wrench, an oil drip pan, funnel, replacement oil filter, and replacement oil.
