Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Spokane has only one quality Truck Stop which is on the outskirts in Cheney on I90 about 12 minutes from the 3rd Ave Enterprise Location.After making an online reservation I called 3 hours in advance to say I was ready to be picked up but there was no hurry. Crystal told me I was too far out of the area and they couldn't afford to have an employee pick me up that far away. I waited an hour and called back to ask if she could make an exception and she relented but made it clear that there was no way I would be given a lift back to my truck after my 3 day rental was up. I will add that she was quite professional though in her telephone manner.A fine young gentleman named Gabriel picked me up and handled my rental procedure efficiently and professionally as he was trained to do. I think if someone promoted him to management it would be a compliment to this location.The car itself was fine except for the gross stains on each and every seat.When I returned the car to the store I stated that I could use a lift to exit 272 and was introduced to an exceptional employee named Mike (a veteran) that shared that he loved doing his job and it showed. Although he wouldn't tell me how much he was being paid, i know by fact that Enterprise only pays his position about minimum wage which for Mike that is a disgrace given the quality of his work and his history.I also know that iit isnormal for Enterprise to pick up and drop off Truck Drivers at the Petro where I was with no problem, so what was the deal with Crystal and the so called company policy?A better policy would be to offer and advertise that Enterprise gives free upgrades or 20 percent off to truck drivers since they are the backbone of our economy!So in closing I had an acceptable experience as usual and would like to thank Gabriel, Mike and the girl who did my check out (Jenna maybe ?) In future be careful about the "we pick you up" thing because if you are in the wrong place it could add $80.00 in taxi fees to your rental endeavor.

Alamo Rent A Car
Great car, and great service, except for two items. There was no owner's manual in the car, and I was not given instructions as to how to open the fuel filler door. Took me five minutes to figure it out. Also, you gave me two key fobs plus an additional key, but they were all on one key ring that could not be opened. Multiple keys do not help if I cannot separate them, so I am left with a large, heavy key ring, which I would much rather have something smaller and more manageable.

The overall rental process went through my insurance company. Enterprise prides themselves on we'll pick you up and drop you off after renting a car through them. They fail to tell you that at Airport locations they will not honor this process. I picked up my car from the airport due to convenience to my home location. They should make this policy known on their commercials. Every person I've ever talked with, had no idea about this.

National Car Rental
National is my primary source for rental cars using them two to three weeks per month. While rental costs are important to me I place great value on the friendliness and helpfulness of the people that I have contact with during the rental experience. From the young lady l I talked to at the counter to the gentleman who met me upon return of the vehicle - the National personnel at Spokane were great!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
The customer service was fantastic. They gave me a free upgrade to a luxury vehicle which was fantastic, I had a 2 1/2 hour drive to my destination so the ride was very comfortable. When I returned the car I parked it, gave the attendant the key and he sent me an email confirmation that the car was returned. This was the easiet car rental I have ever had. I would rent from Enterprise again 100%.

Limited vehicle selection. They refused to "pick me up" stating they were not allowed to do that. I have been renting from Enterprise for years, have purchased used cars in the past. The experience has always been good, not this time however. I also joined Enterprise Plus at the counter. No password, member # given. Unable to access account for 4 days. Had to call main 800# to get info.

Thank you Enterprise for another enjoyable rental experience. I have rented from you for years and this trip was no different. My son and I were in town to visit colleges. We had an unexpected, but much appreciated bonus. We were upgraded to a convertible Camaro. Nice way to tour the area. Thank you Enterprise.

National Car Rental
Always friendly at the counter and paperwork ready to go. convenient being in the airport for pick up and drop off of car. Would be a five star rating if they had counter bypass like some larger locations.

Alamo Rent A Car
Alamo was great to rent a car from. Very easy and fast process. We ended up with a 2015 jeep patriot with 900 miles on it. We will definitely be renting from Alamo again.

arrived around midnight the mgr on duty was kind accommodating and friendly. auto selection was pretty good I was offered an upgrade as just a courtesy .
