I really miss the Share account at Hawaii State and Federal Credit Union instead of the opala at this Credit union. At HSFCU they allow you to have a teller's check when making big purchases and do not charge you for every little check as they do at Greater Nevada! These people and way of doing business at this Credit Union are Rxpe and Run as we say back in the Islands! Terrible! No Ohana here. They no care, no shame. Dey no li treat da membahs li ohana, insted li treet da membahs li' one bad dawg, gonna make 'em beg fo da scraps dey get. ainokea fo com bak aftah i dun wit dis place, once mo. Dis, dey li call doin "business."I call it;knowing why Nevada fell on bad times far worse than other States in this recessive economy. Business managers have no feelings and support for the community, therefore the community had to learn to keep their monies from the financial institutions rather than TRUST them. Can never trust a family thief, especially when they clearly say, I AM NOT FAMILY AND WILL NOT SUPPORT YOU, to the community, after placing your cash within their walls. Time to dig a hole in the ground, till Greater Nevada Credit Union decides to invest in the Community by giving back with more service oriented value. "We charge our members too. We will not give teller checks for any amount, for free." Yes, the paper cost and time to draft one (all of 2 minutes) may be too costly? lol They would rather steal from the hard-working!

I have had now 3 times that GNCU has put a hold on my deposits to create non- sufficient fund charges on my account. It is a way for them to manipulate their policies against you. They have taken my deposits and run them through within 24 to 48 hours normally. However, when they know that they can manipulate their polices they will hold your deposits for 3 - 4 days. In order to discuss any issue in this form they only have you use message system, denying direct contact with a customer representative. I am done dealing with this manipulation. I would recommend not having any money in this Credit Union, as what I see is that they do not care about how they treat their customers. Personally I really feel that I would not give them any star rating for this reason.
