So far I have to agree with MattH. They did a really poor job of training to use the CPAP machine/ mask. They were supposed to call me to get more help but now it ends up being the doctor who will do that for me. I have to call for the CPAP machine (again) but whenever I called I got their fax Machine (really loud squeal) All I want is the dang CPAP machine.

as a customer I am displeased with Hart Medical. I've dealt with four of their locations in regard to orthopedic & CPAP supplies. Every department has fallen short. I am utterly disgusted with their Southfield location. So much so, that I am going to talk to my employer (Henry Ford Health Systems) to allow me to go out of system for CPAP supplies.
