I love the food here! In the past I have not had any issues with this business. This past weekend I tried to order some much needed food after a long day without eating. I was really in the mood for some of their bar-b-que spagetti. I pulled up to the drive through just after one customer had been served. (with apparently no issues) I was ask to please wait. I did wait for at least 10 minutes. Then I asked if she was ready, no answer. I waited about five more minutes and asked again, no answer. I then pulled up to the window where I could see the employees. Two were on the phone, one staff member was walking around, and one was at the front cash register. None would even look at me. I waited about five more minutes, but no one would even turn their head to the right and acknowledge that I existed. Needless to say I was very upset, and don't understand why I wasn't served. I spoke with the manager by phone a little later and he was investigating this issue. Terrible staff, very poor customer service!!!! DON'T EAT HERE!! THERE IS AN INTERSTATE IN MEMPHIS. EAT THERE, THEY ARE ALWAYS NICE.
