Solitude Massage Inc
I went to Solitude Massage when I heard that they used doTERRA essential oils and also in hopes to get a very large knot out of my shoulder. I of course opted for the oil treatment and was massaged by Steffany. She is a RN on top of being a massage therapist so I was confident that she know a lot about the body. In talking with her she and I were similar in parts of our professional lives. She was so loving towards others and wanted to do what was best for the client. Needless to say she was able to move the knot out of my shoulder and talk to me about possible reasons for my discomfort. It was amazing and I would definitely recommend Solitude Massage to anyone!

solitude massage treats you like your family, everyone is so friendly and makes you feel right at home. they offered me water wile i was filling out my paper work and again after my massage. the massage was the best i have ever had, he was very knowledgeable of the body and gave me stretches to do at home to prevent the issue from getting any worse. the hot stone treatment was amazing, i expected to just be rubbed with hot rocks the entire massage but Ryan know how to use the stones to help work out the trouble spots. if you are looking for the perfect massage look no farther it is right here.

Wasatch Pain Solutions, Interventional Spine Care
I had torn my ACL playing soccer and I feared the worse. ACL injury usually means YOU ARE DONE. But I met with Dr. Khan, he ordered and reviewed an MRI with me and proposed a stem cell treatment to heal the torn ACL rather than surgery. He pointed out several benefits including keeping my normal functional and natural knee intact. Within six months of the procedure I was back to full activity! I'm very grateful that Dr. Khan gave me this option which has allowed me to stay active and reduces my risk for future complications like arthritis. I would recommend him to anyone!

Integrated Wellness South Jordan
I've experienced severe back pain for about 5 years. I've met with a surgeon that wants to do surgery. I became a patient of ingrates wellness, hoping to avoid surgery. I have seen amazing results. Rarely do I experience any back pain any more. Even headaches that I thought were normal are mostly gone. The staff is great and so accommodating. They make me feel happy to be there. I would highly recommend them to anyone in pain.

After searching doctors for many weeks we finally found one that seems to care about my husband's insane pain. His spine is messed up from an auto accident when someone turned into our truck. The girls there are so sweet and caring also. Hope this works out for my baby. Hate to watch him suffer with this debilitating pain. Thank God for doctors that care!!

As an attorney specializing in personal injury, I have the opportunity of working with many chiropractors. I have been very impressed with the business practices and professionalism of Dr. Randy Woodward and the staff at Integrated Wellness. I highly recommend Dr. Woodward and Integrated Wellness.

I've been searching for a good massage therapist for a while now. Steffany is by far the best I've seen. She really knows her stuff and is so much fun to talk to. She genuinely cares about me and wants to help and I think that is why she is so good at what she does. Thank you Steffany!

Sooo relaxing, they don't just dig out the problem spot, they get it to release. By shoulders were so tight, and Raette just loosened them up and got me to unwind and relax. I didn't even know how stressed out I was. Best massage ever. Thank you guys, you are life savers.
Tips & Advices
At the first appointment with a physical therapist, Expect an overall assessment of your condition, which may include exercises to understand your range of motion, balance, and strength. Based on that information, the therapist can then design a regimen.
Physical therapists can work in a variety of environments. While many choose to work in a physical therapy clinic, others will operate out of hospitals and are also able to make house calls to help patients who need in-home assistance and rehabilitation.
Physical therapists can specialize in sports medicine, women's health, geriatric, neurologic, orthopedic, pediatric, and cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions, among others.
See a physical therapist following a serious muscle or bone injury, especially if pain doesn't go away within a few days, is recurring and dull, or is frequent and sharp. Book an appointment if medication is not helping or if your doctor recommends it.
The majority of health insurance plans do include physical therapy treatment, but the amount covered and the co-pay for patients varies person-to-person. Medicare and workers’ compensation both cover physical therapy.
