If I could give this place 0 stars I would... After pre-registering for the urine test I needed done I arrived, and was greeted by an extremely unfriendly receptionist. She also was extremely hard to understand, instructing me to sign in and so on while carrying on a conversation with another employee and mumbling. She then got frustrated when I asked her to clarify where I was supposed to go. I waited 30 minutes, to be brought back and told by the technician their computers were down and this was going to take much longer than anticipated. After I asked him how much longer the process would take, as I was on my way to work and allotted 45 minutes for a urine test that should have taken 15 minutes max, he very loudly snapped and me. At that point I asked for my pre-registration paper and my drivers license back, as I would not be spoken to like that. That is when he proceeded to argue with me telling me "I would just have to come back and wait longer", etc. I will NEVER go back.
I give this facility absolutely no stars, but yp made me pick at least one star. None of the automatons had any real knowledge of their jobs. Their English was sub par and I had to repeat every question at least twice. One tech complained I had the wrong collection bottle and kept mumbling about how I "should have known." (I received the bottle from my physician.) When I completed the blood drawing, I asked that they send the urine results to my renal doctor and the women had a fit "Oh, we can only send to one doctor, you gave your primary physician, Oh, we can't change anything now." and again "you should have known!" I ask how I "should have known" if I was never told. No answer. I am informing all my doctors of the shoddy patient treatment and ineptitude, and encouraging them to change the lab they work with. I will certainly switch!
