    READER: LINDA CHAJA LOST OUT WEDDING NEGATIVES AND NEVER MADE AN EFFORT TO REFUND PART OF THE COST. INSTEAD, SHE PROVIDED AN ONLINE WEDDING SLIDE, WHICH WAS VERY BEAUTIFUL, BUT YEARS LATER SHE REMOVED IT W/ OUT NOTIFYING ME. LINDA

    CUSTOMER: Great job.... If you ever find our negatives, I hope you reach out and send them my way. yes, the slide show was a courtesy that you used to tell me that I had this in lieu of the fact the negatives were lost.

    The only thing I would ask of you is to please not to provide the service you have given me..... it's not right, not fair and not the type of service I am sure you wouldnt want to receive from anyone in any profession.

    Taking wedding photos is your professional line of work, and your service should always be the best.

    I am deeply sad knowing that I made a mistake in choosing your services.

    Danny,

    The online slide show was not something you paid for it was complimentary. As I recall when I first sent you the slide show you wanted images removed, others added, changes made to your name and you also asked for a copy of it. I explained to you that it was not the type of software I was able to make copies of, it was only available online. The software did not offer that to me or my clients. This is why the link was Lindachaja.com/clients_name, which you also wanted changed to not include my name. I also explained to you that if you wanted to create your own slideshow you could possibly do that on your own but that I didn't know of a software to recommend to you.

    When we last spoke I don't recall leading you to believe that this would be fixed. I explained to you that I no longer had the software but that I would look into it. I've looked into it and the software is no longer available. I apologize for the inconvenience but there is nothing more that I can offer you.
