Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting
Damage was done to my vehicle while in this shop having work done. The manager, Jay, was completely unprofessional and raised his voice at me when I confronted him about it. Avoid this body shop and take your business elsewhere. Please note the multiple bad reviews on yelp.

My overall experience was a rather positive one, and I would happily go back for more auto body work in the future.

Ok so my husband and I thought it would be a good idea to bring our suv back over to this particular location because they had once before had done some work on it. Boy were we wrong. The manager or owner was very unprofessional when we started inquiring about our vehicle being repaired. He would talk im a very rude manner and was really sarcastic. We were promise to have our vechicle back in a week and a half. When we called to see what time we should get it, he said it would be another week. So another week comes and than goes. We were delayed of our vechile for 4 weeks. We were the ones to call him. He never called us about any updates on the vechicle. Finally when we went to get the suv, there was another $1000 tackedin to our bill than we were orginally quoted. Would not recommend this location to anyone

Collision Consultants went beyond our expectations. We were rear ended by another vehicle and Joe, the owner worked directly with the adjusters, making sure that they approved the repairs that were necessary to complete the vehicle. They kept in contact with us during the repair process, informing us of each stage of the work. We picked up the car today and it was beautiful. They did an awesome job and delivered the car to us squeaky clean. I highly recommend Collision Consultants if you need auto body work. You won't be disappointed.

not sure what the negative comments are about but joe is awesome. he helped me fight the insurance when they tried to total my truck and we both knew it was not a total loss. joe said when my truck would be ready and he actually had it done earlier than he said. as a women I know nothing dealing with body shop but he should all that needed to be done and it was good to have someone take the time with me. oh and I am black and not once did joe nor he wife seem to be racist actually they were very nice and laughed and joked with me. because of what he did with my truck my husband will be bringing his truck to joe for repairs.

Joe and his team are the best! My car was in a pretty serious accident. I have a very custom car and was so distressed that it was not going to be the same after the repairs. To my surprise and delight, it was better! It is very clear from their standard of work that they put their heart and souls into their work. I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience! If you need body work, these are your guys!

Tips & Advices
Using a variety of tools and processes, many of which require specialized training, auto body mechanics primarily repair cosmetic and structural damage to vehicles after accidents occur. They can also enhance a vehicle’s appearance and performance by replacing and adding new parts to a vehicle’s body.
This depends on the severity of the work that needs to be done. Something such as paintless dent repair for a few small dents can take an hour. Whereas auto body repairs for damages caused by a major accident can take multiple days to correct.
All auto body parts can be repaired but there is a threshold for the level of repairs possible. Parts can be damaged beyond repair and would need to be wholly replaced.
Auto body parts can be made from a wide variety of materials, usually based on what the part’s purpose is. Vehicle frames body panels, bumpers, roof racks, and other items that need to be strong and durable are usually constructed from steel, which is known for its durability and resistance to rust and high temperatures. But aluminum is quickly becoming a popular material of construction due to its lightweight yet durable nature. Body kits and other aftermarket parts like spoilers and hoods can be constructed from one form of plastic or another.
Yes, the vast majority of car makes and models have aftermarket parts available for many of their components. But higher-end vehicles typically have less aftermarket parts available since they often use specialized materials and manufacturing processes that are difficult to duplicate for many aftermarket manufacturers.
