NEVER call these people!! They are dishonest and we're extremely rude. We called and we were told they would be there in 45 minute. After an hour they said another twenty. Then another call and they said we weren't even scheduled and that they never got a work order. Very belligerent!! I wish I had read the reviews ahead of time.

Terrible !! got them thru AT&T Roadside Assistance and waited more than 3 hours - every call for an update got me either No Answer, Hangup, a different number to call (in another STATE!) and twice was told "20 minutes" Don't rely on them to be truthful with times. If they had just said "we won't be there for 3 hours" I would have found another solution.

DO NOT AGREE TO ZIPPY'S IF YOUR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PROVIDER OFFERS THEM!! if I could give NO stars I would. First day of a new job, car won't start - call for help thru AT&T roadside assistance (not a free service) and was told less than an hour. Stressful but ok - a little over an hour later I called the local (sort of) number AT&T had given me for the provider Zippy's and after 1 no answer and 1 hangup, they said, "uh....20 minutes" - 45 minutes later I called AGAIN and the guy gives me a number to call in MISSISSIPPI!!! Outraged, I call the Mississippi number and he says, "20 minutes" - 45 minutes later I call for status and get no answer again!! The guy who FINALLY showed up after 3 1/2 hours was pleasant enough but still - NEVER NEVER NEVER agree to Zippy's being your rescue service - I can only imagine if I'd been alone at night on the side of the road........

Dean's Auto And Truck Sales
I wish I had seen these negative reviews before driving 40 minutes out to be yelled at and chased off the lot! He got upset when we asked to take the car on a test drive and said forget it! I'm done with you you're wasting my time! After only 5 minutes! This man flipped on a dime and was yelling at us and coming towards us as we got in our car to leave. Absolutely horrible place and should not be in business the way he treats people.

Dean's Auto And Truck Sales
Worst experience at a dealership - ever. Test drove a minivan, and my daughter just wasn't in it. Asked to test an SUV and the owner told me I was wasting his time (????). I tried to explain I we wanted to look at a variety but he just said go somewhere else. The office was a complete mess, some indication of how he runs his business and likely reflects the condition of his cars. Do NOT shop here. This man has an attitude and should not be in the car business

The best dealer I have had to deal with. Walked in for my appointment with the internet department and it was a smooth process. They had the vehicle pulled up cleaned and waiting for me. I will refer all my friends and family. Great job Supreme Nissan.

Supreme Nissan Of Slidell
The BEST car experience I have had. I was a first time buyer, turned down and treated poorly at other dealerships. Supreme Nissan made me feel welcomed and part of their family. I will refer them to anyone!

I was actually in Slidell looking for a tire for my Chevy Cruze and the guy came out and told me he could plug it and fix it for cheap. Nice people and would go back again if I wasn't just passing through
Tips & Advices
Yes, most roadside assistance coverage plans offer towing services. There might be certain restrictions, however. For example, the plan may only cover towing services for a certain number of miles. Drivers should check with their providers for details.
Which cars are covered depends on the roadside assistance provider. AAA services are available to members and not specific to any vehicle. As long as members pays their dues and have their membership card on hand, they can use AAA for someone else's car. Generally, auto insurance plans cover the car itself, not the driver, so people can't use their roadside assistance for another. However, details vary between providers, plans and local laws. Drivers should consult with their insurance providers to see whose cars are covered.
Roadside assistance coverage varies depending on the provider. However, they generally include:
  • Tire change
  • Battery jump start
  • Towing services
  • Locksmith service
  • Minimal mechanical labor
  • Delivery of oil, fuel, batteries or other parts
If a driver has a flat tire and no spare, roadside assistance services can deliver a new one. However, these services will not pay for the cost of the tire. That will be the driver's responsibility. Based on the location, some will tow a car to a tire dealer.
Most roadside assistance plans offer gas delivery and service. However, clients are generally responsible for the cost of the gas.
